Disappointed
Pros:

Jacuzzi was unavailable. Room had danaged and scratches throughout.
Rate was high compared to when I stayed around valentines day.

Cons:

Jacuzzi was broken. This was the whole reason I reserved the stay. It was listed on the website and included in the pictures.

It was a absolute pleasure.
Pros:

I Loved the room size the beautiful set up and ambiance. The environment was very nice. The staff and other guest were very friendly and polite my family and I loved everything about this stay. There was only one very minor issue because I have OCD the shower in room 325 hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly because there was someone long strands of hair in the shower drain and on the shower wall but a quick fix for me because I bring my own cleaning supplies just in case. Thank you so much hope to see you all soon.

Cons:

The hair in the shower and the deposit amount but my stay with my family was truly worth it.

Might choose another hotel; probably should have asked to be switched to 1st floor to accessible ro
Cons:

The elevator was out of service for my entire stay forcing me to the other side of the hotel with my cane; bathroom ceiling cracked from a leak; phone didn't work & maintenance never responded to fix it. Refrigerator door needs to be reversed.
