The valet staff was extremely helpful and patient. Carter checked us in and could not have been more helpful! We immediately felt welcomed by his southern charm and local knowledge. During our stay, Randy the Chief Concierge helped us with his connections and recommendations for our dining experiences. He was spot on and obviously respected and liked within the industry. The beautiful hotel offered comfort, convenience and top notch amenities including an inviting restaurant and bar and a rooftop bar and pool area. We cannot imagine coming back to Savannah and staying anywhere else!

I have never seen anyone move as fast as lightning as Joey. We had two cars and within two minutes we were all in cars headed home. He was kind and had a great attitude. This is the guy!

Gorgeous accommodations and greeted warmly with southern hospitality and a glass of bubbly! The rooms are decorated beautifully and are as comfortable as they are pretty. Large bathroom double vanity and shower with separate wc was appreciated by our friend group of ladies. Everything was exceptional!

Perry Lane is one of the very best hotels we've stayed at in our extensive travels. Service is top notch. Kudos to the man who works at the front desk. He is very kind and helpful. Loved the welcome prosecco. In the past there was a complimentary cocktail daily which they did away with, unfortunately. That was a nice perk. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. (Minor thing, but I wish the outlets were closer to the bed.) We had a very restful stay. The valet staff are so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. The pool is a nice treat as most hotels in the historic district do not have pools. I was a bit put out that towels were allowed to accumulate on chairs around the pool and no one was asking hotel guests using the pool if they'd like to order a beverage or food. I was largely ignored when I tried to order a drink at the bar. The focus for bar staff is on non-guests at Pelegrin. Other than that, this is a lovely place to stay and I highly recommend it.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk anywhere that we wanted to go.

Our stay at Perry Lane was extraordinary.The level of service and customer care from every member, valet, check in personnel, in room service, and bar attendants was at the highest level. Saivon went out of his way to accommodate my wife and I with advise and service pertaining to our visit.

Our family of three spent two nights in Savannah and wished it was longer - largely because of the comfort and experience of the Perry Lane Hotel. Friendly service, from the valets to the front desk folks to the concierge to the servers at the breakfast restaurant and the rooftop bar. The location is outstanding as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful flawless stay at this beautiful hotel with amazing staff! Exceptional service and cleanliness from arrival to sadly leaving. Julian took care to have our vehicle ready. On we go but we will be back!

I’ve always enjoyed my experience at the Emporium restaurant when I come to town. I was visiting my mother for Mother’s Day and made reservations for brunch. It’s always so easy dining here and from the Valet staff, Front desk staff, to the host and wait staff. Every interaction is great from beginning to end. Big thanks to Charlene for an amazing experience at brunch and making my mother feel special with the rose and thanks to Matthew for the seamless valet experience from dropping off to bringing the car around.

I am the motorcoach operator for TAUCK we still there for three nights and every time I ask this young man, Matthew for something for my guest on the bus for ice when I was dropping off my guest. He was very accommodating very great experience.
