Disappointing stay due to misrepresentative room and poor service.
Pros:

My stay was severely impacted by the accommodation provided in Room 1404. Although listed as a King Deluxe, the room was actually two single beds pushed together with an uneven mattress height difference, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep.

I reported this issue immediately to reception and was initially promised a fix. However, the problem persisted when I returned late that night. The next morning, after informing staff again, the response was simply "sorry we did not meet your expectation." This generic apology fails to acknowledge the core failures: 1) Misrepresenting the room type, and 2) Failing to provide an immediate, practical resolution.

Management should ensure guests receive what they are booked for, and that genuine issues are resolved proactively, rather than requiring repeated complaints.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Vibe Hotel North Sydney. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after check-out. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable stay, and we would happily stay here again.
