Friendly staff but not our ideal.
Pros:

Friendly staff, king bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Sofa bed was as tough as concrete. For the price, we expected a higher level of cleanliness in the rooms, especially regarding the carpet which was stained in multiple areas. Rooms were also dusty - sofa bed and room plants.

Clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay
Pros:

the staff were very accommodating, the location was great to venture into the city and the room was large, clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

Only negative was unsure how to get back into the hotel after hours. The elevator we exited did not allow us to return, so we had to walk all the way round but it was nothing really.

Great customer service, I made a few late requests and these were readily met!
Pros:

No breakfast is provided, but there were snacks to purchase in the mini-bar and good tea and coffee! The facilities are good, the bed was clean and the tv a great size too, the room was quiet and private!

Cons:

I am a little claustrophobic, so I found my room small, but it was a last minute decision to stay there!

Peaceful haven in high tech North Sydney
Pros:

Great location opposite Victoria Cross Metro station - no need for a car. Friendly weloming staff at Reception. Very peaceful especially on weekend. Super comfy king bed. Good to have armchair and footrest to relax after day exploring North Sydney area. Reusuable toiletry containers in bathroom saving plastic waste. Plenty of sockets in wall for charging devices.

Cons:

Sound quality on TV rather poor. There was a fine selection of Teacrop tea bags but only small coffee cup size to drink from (one of which had an hairline crack). Suggest adding mugs so the tea can be better enjoyed.

Not as advertised, waiting 2 hours for room at check in - below our expectations in looking after guests. We were placed in end room with poor light and ventilation- pool not as big or clear as picture. Aged in need of renovations

Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Although only stayed one night it was in a great location to where I was going and close to all areas. Will definitely stay again
