Jack is a great guy who goes over and beyond for his guests! The hotel itself is in a nice location not far from the main road of kata beach.
There were some bits that needed updating and a bit more cleaning such as the sink and a ceiling tile with some water damage from rain. The shower was very minimal with water pressure and there was no hot water. I found the room to be quite dark even during the daytime, so maybe a few brightening colours in the decor might help.
Very nice place, clean and spacious, the staff are very nice and helpful, right in the centre too!

Located in a quiet area of Kata with a few restaurants around and within walking distance to the busier areas.

Comfortable en-suite room with hot shower, fridge, hair dryer and air-conditioning. There was also access to a shared courtyard with garden furniture.
Location was on the outskirts of the main Kata town but still within 5/10 minutes walking distance to all amenities and the beach.
Jack the new owner was super friendly and enthusiastic, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We extended an extra night with ease.
The room was very good value for money, would highly recommend.
Great place relax and rest between the breaks feom the beach and night life, room provides all you need and place has a small back garden to chill and most other rooms have balcony. Its a a walk to the beach but its worth it, so many attractions on the way. I have booked for 4 nights and ended up staying 10 days. Recommend 🙏

The room was spacious with plenty of natural light, and the staff was very friendly and always attentive to any request.
Although smoking is allowed on the balconies, they are very close to each other between rooms, so it often feels like someone is smoking inside your room, which can be uncomfortable.
The bathroom is a bit old, and when you flush, it makes strange “gurgling” noises.
Convenient location, friendly staff, accomodating of an early check in, and clean room with mostly functional equipment.
The toilet needs to be properly screwed down at the wax gasket to stabilize the entire commode. There didn't appear to be the requisite screws to do that; so a little more plumber's time might be in order, but it was clean and functional; if a bit wobbly.
