Excellent service, food, good location and fast room service for when you're too tired!
Pros:

The check-in staff were amazing. I was tired from a flight from Cusco, but they went above and beyond to help me secure an early check-in. The food was the best I had in a hotel in Peru, and the service was great. Also appreciated the vibe and the attention to detail from housekeeping.

Cons:

No complaints- I would stay here again :)

Komfortable, saubere und sehr große Zimmer.
Aufmerksames Personal. Schönes Ambiente im gesamten Hotel und ein überwältigendes Frühstücksbuffet. Eins der besten Frühstücke die wir jemals hatten!! Schöner Pool im 10. Stock mit Ausblick und Rooftopbar.

Rooftopbar Sonntags leider geschlossen :-(

El mejor Hotel de Lima

Lo de siempre, lo que me motiva a repetir mi visita, la calidad del restaurant Isidro, tanto la carta como el desayuno. Es lo mejor del hotel...

Cons:

Dos cosas: La primera, la calidad del café en el desayuno. Por ejemplo, el café de la habitación (Illy) es mejor.
La segunda. Debieran incluir el contanido del frigobar en el precio de la habitación.
