Lovely stay
Pros:

The room is on the smaller side but beautifully designed, lovely view and quiet. Comfortable bed and bedding, good shower pressure. Good air conditioning which is helpful in the tropical heat. Best part was the filtered tap water function in the bathroom for drinking water-thoughtful for guest and environmentally friendly.

Cons:

The shuttle bus to the MRT starts after 10am, an earlier start time would be much appreciated

Zhu He room service
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Zhu He from the room service team. He was so kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room looked spotless, and his attention to detail was outstanding. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Thank you, Zhu He, for making my stay so special!

Mercure Singapore On Stevens, I am Back
Pros:

During my recent stay at Mercure Singapore on Stevens, I found that the hotel maintained its high standards from previous visits. Upon my arrival yesterday, I noted that the front desk staff displayed some delays in processing guest check-ins. However, after conversing with Mr. Mark today, he clarified that my arrival coincided with a peak check-in period. Mr. Mark continues to exemplify his usual cordiality and readiness to assist guests.

Regarding breakfast, I observed that the breakfast manager exhibited a somewhat lacking approach to public relations. Nevertheless, the quality of the breakfast offerings in the restaurant continues to meet commendable standards.

I would also like to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by the room attendant, Mr. Zhu He @ Michael. He demonstrated a high level of helpfulness, efficiency, and friendliness, successfully attending to my requests, and I sincerely appreciate his efforts.
