Pros:

Kaldığımız oda Singapur'daki diğer otel odalarından kesinlikle daha büyüktü. Otel odasının küçük olduğunu bildiğimiz için sorun olmadı. Bu yüzden puan kırmak anlamsız. 45 dakikada bir metro durağına ücretsiz shuttle servisi olayı güzel. Otelin altında ufak bir 7/11 mevcut. Banyoda arıtma suyu mevcut. Suya ekstra para vermenize gerek yok.

Cons:

Check-in saati 15.00 olmasına rağmen odaya girmek için 2 saat bekletildik. Bu durumu telafi etmek için bize otel barında kullanabileceğimiz içecek kartı verdiler.

I would stay there again. :)
Pros:

Location. convenient for Public Transportation and Orchard Road Shopping.
Enjoyed the selection at breakfast.
Beds were quite comfortable.

Cons:

A small thing (heh), but the rooms were small, so not a lot of room to store luggage and spread out. I believe this is "normal" in Singapore. and as we did not spend much time in the room, it really wasn't a big issue.

Writing on behalf of Gary & Denys Hyndman who have since returned to England. This is their first visit to Singapore again after 57 years and are happy to have chosen The Mercure at Stevens, Singapore. They wanted to thank the hotel for a very beautiful stay and your group of wonderful people and services. Everything & everyone of the staff is perfect from the rooms, pool, F&B, Front Desk, Reception & Concierge. A very special mention from Gary & his wife to Mr. Mohamed Shahari your Front Office & Concierge Manager who kindly went out of his way & it was on his off duty day too, to assist settling an unexpected non-smoking fine when the Hyndmans were here. His thoughtfulness is very much appreciated. They also wanted to thank Mr. Isaac of the Grub Restaurant for a delightful dining experience each time they spent their evenings there. Your hotel is true to its 5-Star standards and they would be sure to return and happily recommend friends visiting Singapore. Thank you.

Cons:

* We asked for the hair dryer to be fixed but it wasn’t done.
* It was warm in the room when we arrived and it’s not letting us changed the temperature that was set at 25C. But they fixed it when I asked them to check it.
* We requested for weighing scale and was advised that they will bring it to our room but it never came.
* We were told that as a platinum member, we have a free in room breakfast but when we order, we were advised that we have to pay extra.
* The hair conditioner definitely needs a refill.
