Très agréable séjour.
Pros:

An overpriced 3 day break.
Pros:

Good location. Easy for transport links.

Cons:

Staff were not very friendly on our arrival. Not enough staff on reception at busy times. Launderette expensive for washing. Breakfast was lovely. No bar open in the evening.

This is totally disappointing.
Cons:

during our check out, we tried to ask the front office staff to kindly send our invoice to my email before checkout, however, until we reach Manila we didn't received any invoice. despite numerous follow ups, mercure staff is not responsive. Tried reaching booking.com as well to inform them to send our invoice. NO response was made on their side.

Not too impressed, my favourite juice provided. Only one can given, though i paid for two nights.
Pros:

Checkin time 3pm, unsatisfactory after a long sleepless flight. Waiting in the reception area, after showing a receipt from booking.com. I was so tired i wasted the first day from exhaustion. Did not like the takeaway shop downstairs, with the smell of cooking in my washed hair. Rooms were ok, just not good value for money.

Excellent choice for this area
Pros:

Well connected location close to MRT and buses
Was ideal location for my business trip
Modern hotel, comfortable with excellent facilities. Being part of a comlex with Novotel and a number of restaurants made for easy dining options if not travelling further afield.

Cons:

The queue for breakfast was sometimes challenging

Pros:

Pool and Gym were great.

Cons:

Despite Checkin time being 3pm our rooms were only ready at 5.30pm. We arrived approx 16.30pm and were left waiting for 1hour at reception without further exlanation or appologies. 30 minutes into the wait only after asking if there was a bar we could wait instead of the lobby we were offered some basic drinks.

Do not rent a room to a client when the electrical plugs do not work. I could not charge anything.
Pros:

The boy at the dining room desk on Saturday. 12/8 _ very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The electric plugs in my room did not work at all. Not beside my bed not near the bathroom.
I could not charge my phone. A really bad aspect.
