Good location with pool. Quiet.
Check in….after travelling for 16 hours and having “checked in” already - which itself is overly onerous - we were then asked AGAIN to check in on arrival, when all you want is to go to your room and rest. I would prefer not to deal with reception and just collect my key.
At reception, I had forgotten my passport at airport . Staff helped me quick get taxi, help me connect with airport.

The room is on the smaller side but beautifully designed, lovely view and quiet. Comfortable bed and bedding, good shower pressure. Good air conditioning which is helpful in the tropical heat. Best part was the filtered tap water function in the bathroom for drinking water-thoughtful for guest and environmentally friendly.
The shuttle bus to the MRT starts after 10am, an earlier start time would be much appreciated
