Considering the current horrible value for money ratio in Singapore,
I found this basic hotel an excellent solution for my needs. Definitely better than some other, far more expensive hotels
Amenities in the room, tap with filtered water, complimentary drinks. Excellent bed and clean bathroom.
Not to mention that location is very ok
Even staff was kind and relatively responsive.
Room was slightly small, basically same as Ibis.

I checked in my parents May 14 checked out May 18 2026. Front office double charged me! Ive been contacting the Hotels customer service and emailing them including Duty Manager. No one is reaching out!!
