The best hotel which we stayed. Excellent accommodations (the renovated Singer office building in Rome), with wonderful and personally attentive staff. Many amenities in the rooms including fridge, drinks, snacks and espresso machine. The price is very reasonable for the service and value received.

The singer's Palace Hotel was wonderful. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive. Honestly impeccable.
The rooms were very comfortable, and we came in when Europe was having that horrendous heatwave, and the air conditioning was perfect. Believe me, you needed that. The food was incredible. Would highly recommend.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Singer Palace Hotel Roma, and it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we've ever had.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. Throughout our stay, the staff anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. One of the most impressive touches was how quickly they learned and remembered our names, greeting us personally each time we returned to the hotel. It made our stay feel incredibly personal and special.
The breakfast each morning was absolutely outstanding. Every item was beautifully prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the service was just as exceptional as the food itself. It quickly became one of our favorite parts of each day and is truly one of the best hotel breakfasts we've experienced in Italy.
One evening, we enjoyed dinner on the hotel's beautiful rooftop, and it was truly one of the highlights of our stay. The atmosphere was spectacular, the cuisine was exceptional, and the handcrafted cocktails were some of the best we enjoyed during our time in Rome. Every dish was beautifully presented, and even dessert became an experience. The gelato was artfully served with such creativity and attention to detail that it perfectly reflected the hotel's thoughtful approach to hospitality. This was something we made a point to return for during our second night's stay at the property!
The hotel itself is immaculate. Every space is meticulously maintained, and the thoughtful design perfectly balances historic Roman elegance with contemporary luxury. From the beautiful guest rooms to the inviting common spaces and rooftop, every detail feels intentional and carefully curated.
Its central location made exploring Rome effortless, yet returning to Singer Palace each evening felt like coming home to a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.

I can't say enough about the quality of Singer Palace Hotel. Of course the rooms, location, and restaurant are amazing. It's the staff, however, that sets this place apart. They really make guests feel special. Whether it's chasing down a cab, helping with travel arrangements, or snapping photos, they go the extra mile. A special thank you to Nai for the warm chat. And another thank you to Nilofar for the joy and warm smile. And finally..to Anastasia who saved me 2 years ago with a breakfast box and was just as sweet this time. I will never forget it. They all make it hard to leave a city that's already hard to leave.

Our stay at the Singer Palace was outstanding. The staff and the manger Niloufar made our stay warm and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and well designed. Bonus the air conditioning was top notch (if you are in Rome in the summer this is important!) It is worth mentioning again that the staff was so amazingly attentive, and very friendly plus the food was incredible. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, excellent staff.

This hotel is exceptional in every way. From the first warm friendly CIAO our experience rivaled the finest hotels we have stayed at all over the world. As a beautifully designed boutique hotel it is very unique and special with visible thought and care put into every room design. They are all different and reflect the owner's wonderful taste and special eye in every detail. This is truly a highlight of a stay in Italy. Our room was a beautiful well appointed suite - and our every need was seamlessly responded to. They even very graciously attended to our anniversary celebration with champagne and treats - so nicely presented! They also provided us with the most caring, thoughtful and meaningful mementos when we departed, so they will be in our hearts too!
In addition to the beautiful rooms, public spaces - a gorgeous rooftop bar, and our delicious breakfast added the perfect touches.
We travel extensively and are extremely thankful for the really excellent care, consideration and kindness of the staff.
Finally the location is perfect. In the midst of Roman ruins and cultural life but situated so a quiet and good nights sleep is possible!
I highly recommend this hotel. It is a very special place in a wonderful city.

Die Atmosphäre des Hotels ähnelt einer Ruheoase. Das Hotel selbst ist ein Traum. Wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, die immer sehr sauber sind.
Frühstücken auf der Terrasse war ein Erlebnis, das man nie vergisst. Wundervoll. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist genau richtig und sehr schön präsentiert.

I would rate this hotel approximately 4.7 to 4.8 stars overall.

Its greatest strengths are its excellent location, comfortable and stylish rooms, and generally helpful staff. The rooms are small by American standards, but that is typical for Rome. They really are stylish and comfortable and this is not ChatGPT talking. I think ours was the only one that had a balcony. See the picture.

The front desk team was usually very friendly and accommodating. However, there were a few occasions when the hotel missed opportunities to provide a higher level of service. For example, after a very long bike ride, we arrived exhausted and hoped to briefly stop in front of the hotel, secure our bikes, get some water, and rest. The staff would not allow us to park in front of the hotel and did not offer any assistance with watching or storing the bicycles, which was disappointing. Truly great hotels find a way to accommodate guest’s needs. Their lack of helpfulness in this situation caused us some pretty major inconvenience. Where there is a will there is a way.

The restaurant staff was inconsistent. Some team members were attentive and professional, while others seemed indifferent and very inexperienced, making the dining experience hit or miss.

The first impression was also less than ideal. The alleyway leading to the hotel front entrance was littered with trash. When the driver pulled up and said OK, this is your hotel. I thought he made a serious mistake because we were in a trashy alley. The lobby is quite small but again very thoughtfully designed and charming.

Despite these shortcomings, this is a very good hotel that I would recommend. The location is excellent, the property is attractive and well maintained, and most staff members were genuinely very helpful. A few service lapses and inconsistent restaurant experiences keep it from earning a perfect score, but it remains a solid choice and worthy of a rating in the 4.7 to 4.8-star range.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, making it easy to explore all the main attractions of Rome. The staff was exceptional – friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable and spotless.

A special mention goes to the rooftop restaurant, which was simply outstanding. The atmosphere, views, food, and service were all amazing. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome – we would gladly come back!

The whole place feels very peaceful and special with a lot of privacy and beautiful atmosphere around the villas.

The villa design is really exceptional, everything looks elegant but still natural and comfortable. You can see that a lot of attention was put into details, from the layout to the materials and decoration.

Service was also stellar. Joseph was great and made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Also big thanks to the management team, Natalia and Niki, they were amazing and really made us feel welcome.

Food was top-notch, with very good quality and nice variety. Overall it was a beautiful experience and we would be happy to come back again.

This was a wonderful hotel. The hotel employees were spectacular in their service from the front desk, to the rooftop bartender, to the breakfast attendant! They were extremely hospitable and kind to our family during our stay. The morning breakfast was specular on vacation to get you fueled up for the trekking around Rome. This location is in the center of everything you'd like to walk to such as Trevi, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. They had wonderful recommendations and coordinating tours. Can't speak highly enough. We even left items behind and Niloufar helped organize an overnight shipment while we were still in country. Can't recommend enough.

It was my second stay at the Singers and I continue to be impressed by this hotel. Before arrival contact was made a few times checking details and if we required any tours booked. We were greeted like long lost friends as we arrived being met at our taxi for our bags. The rooms are lovely modern and meticulously clean. Breakfast is a joy on the upstairs outdoor terrace and the rooftop bar is amazing. Frederica, the bar manager is spectacular. Apart from being the mixologist queen she is an absolute delight and so attentive to make sure everyone is happy. She is a gem for the hotel. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful with restaurant, museum and shopping suggestions. Sending lists to our phone. The location is fabulous between Trevi fountain and the pantheon and on via dei Corso. You won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing experience at the Singer Palace. Once we got to the property they took care of everything that was needed and more. Some of the best service we've had at any hotel we've stayed at. The location was central to many attractions as well.
