Four points by Sheraton Nairobi airport is excellent hotel within the JKIA airport. I will like to congratulate the security team at the hotel. I was embraced with the security searches from the main entrance to the lobby area. I liked the security team with customer care skills/ service and a warm welcoming to the hotel. Mostly I will like to thank the security officer by the name DUKE who welcomed me and assisted me to reception for my check-in. He acted PROFESSIONALLY AND AUTHENTICALLY.

Easy and comfortable pit stop between safaris. Close to airport and convenient

I made a mistake with my booking but they were very accommodating. At checkout, they also helped me store my luggage until my red eye flight. Egwen and Denny were a great help
