Pros:

We loved every aspect of the hotel. From the warm welcome at reception to the room service, everything was exceptional. All the staff were highly professional, well-trained, courteous, and always greeted us with a smile.

The food was another highlight of our stay. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, and every dish we tried or ordered was excellent in taste and quality. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and offered very good value for money.

I honestly did not expect to receive such a high level of service in Barishal. Based on my experience of staying at hotels across Bangladesh, I would confidently say that this is arguably one of the best hotels in the country at present. We had a truly wonderful experience and would be very happy to stay here again.

Cons:

I completely understand the relatively high price, as the hotel provides high-quality services across every aspect of the guest experience. However, if there is any scope to lower the prices, even slightly, it would allow more people to experience and enjoy their exceptional hospitality.

Una noche de hotel sin dormir.
Pros:

Absolutamente nada. Reserve para 2 noches una habitación, les pedí que me cambiaran el precio, pero no quisieron. Como no tienen competencia hacen lo que quieren.

Cons:

Habitación muy ruidosa, muy mal insonorizada. Y si se pone el a/c peor..No está encendida el agua caliente y no avisan de dónde está. Entró una lagartija de unos 10 cls en la habitación, y lueho salió a la terraza. Las ventanas no ajustan. No me avisaron a las 4,15 de la mañana. Pague 60 euros por una calidad pésima.
