Pros:

Location is really covinient. Can reach many place by walk. The room is clean and comfort.

Cons:

During my stay the elevator and TV having some problems but it's okay, my room is not at higher floor.

the staff, the location is for the win. easy access to supermarket and malls.

Cons:

Oh well i think you know that one thing that you know. Parking access for the hotel. When we got tickets.. and its passes office hours, its bad for us cause we can’t make the payments or just simply back to miri just to pay for the parking. its good when its weekend but not good for the weekdays. We can suggest you to reserve parking for ur customers but extra charges if u can.Then win win situation for u and us. hehe.

In all I had a good time staying at the ANO hotel.
Pros:

The location is good in Miri City. Just walk distance to see Miri Water Front. The price of the room rate was inexpensive and The room was very big and comfortable .I am so happy my Booking member can upgrade my room at reasonable price. Everything OK. I suggest that the restaurant at the hotel lobby could provide room customers breakfast or your staff members can recommend the guest to eat.

The smell of cigarette smoke is drifting in from other rooms. Especially at the toilet.

In all, I had good time staying at Ano Hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location, clean and tidy room, and complete facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The smell of cigarette smoke is drifting in from other rooms. The AC at my room was not OK, hopefully, maintenance group had solved this problem at that time.
