The hotel has one of the best locations in Trabzon, as it is close to Meydan Square and within walking distance of many attractions

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They always welcomed us with a smile and were ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping team were also excellent; the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Cons:

A special thanks to all the hotel employees for their kindness and great service. Their hospitality made our stay more enjoyable and memorable.

Pros:

Нашу машину перехватили на входе, как только мы выгрузили чемоданы. Там улица с односторонним движением, поэтому нужно было действовать быстро, чтобы не задерживать движение автомобилей. Ребята из отеля увидели нас и сразу перепарковали машину, парковка там в 3-х минутах ходьбы (мы потом туда наведались за забытыми вещами).

Cons:

Довольно шумно вечером, так как отель стоит на городской площади. Примерно до полуночи слышны детские крики, а потом все стихает.

Pros:

Excellent location right in the heart of Trabzon Meydan, within walking distance of everything. The rooms were clean, the service was outstanding, and the breakfast was very good with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only downside was that the hotel does not have an elevator. However, we were informed about this in advance, and the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage, which we really appreciated.

اعجبني قرب الفندق من ميدان طرابزون حيث يقع في مقابل الميدان مباشرة تفتح النافذه على الميدان والمحلات والمقاهي

Cons:

طريقة الوصول للفندق بالسيارة خصوصا للمرة الاولى حيث يجب إيقاف السيارة امام الفندق وابلاغ الاستقبال بالوصول بالرغم من ضيق الطريق الذي لا يحتمل سوى سيارة واحدة حيث يقوم موظف الاستقبال باستلام السيارة وايقافها في مواقف خلف الفندق بحوالي 500 متر
