Trabzon and the nearby towns are very beautiful and worth visiting

Location , right on the central square of Trabzon

Cons:

The suit was in the second floor which was not renovated , while the pictures displayed for the property were for rooms most probably in the first and third floor

To give a fair review: the location of the hotel is great, right in the meydan. The food and room were also good.

Cons:

However, the reception staff were not friendly and didn't even try to be. It felt like they were too bored or annoyed to answer even the simplest questions.

Not bad, location is perfect, staff is not bad, no lift is not the best thing.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The view towards the square also is beautiful. Location of this hotel is very very good.

Cons:

The mattress was awful. And there was a very very bad drainage smell when I had entered the room. The staff tried to help but I would say they didn't make an extra effort to actually help. The smell of that bathroom kept being there until the 5 days were over.

الموظفين جداً رحبين صدر وخدومين مع اني كنت شخص فقط لكن الشنط والدنيا اصر انه يشيلها عني ، وبرضو من ناحية السياره اللي معه سياره فقط يجي قدام الفندق بالضبط ويعطي موظف الاستقبال السياره وهو يروح يوقفها ، واذا بتطلع عطه خبر وهو برضو بيروح يجيبها لك ف تجربة كانت جداً ممتازه وموقع ولا اروع

عيب وحيد فقط ولاهو بالفندق او بالموظفين ان الموقع حرفياً في وسط الميدان والعزل مهما كان قوي ماراح يمنع الاصوات والدنيا تجي من برا خاصة للي بياخذ اطلاله عالميدان اصوات الماره والسيارات والاغاني لو كانت فيه فعاليات موجوده ممكن ينزعج شوي.
