Gorgeous hotel inside and out. Location can’t be beat if you’re going to a show at the Majestic Theater. Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms were top notch.

First time staying at a hotel . And Maya was amazing . Was very patient and explained our charges so well ! She’s amazing !
The service was by far the best I have ever received at a hotel. The staff did everything they could to answer my questions and help me feel welcome and comfortable. Shout out to the bartender who offered to walk with me two blocks to meet up with family in the big city and the daytime concierge who helped me get ready for a family wedding, a pair of scissors, a sewing kit and some extra items to enjoy during my stay.

Located in Downtown next to parks and restaurants. Rooms are very modern with throw back vinyl music players.

Amenities are amazing. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. The food at Tuassanti is absolutely to die for. Even my 13 yr old loved it and the service was exceptional. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.
We loved that they had a record players and three great lp’s we had never heard before. We also loved the location; right next door to The Majestic theater and within walking distance to some great restaurants. Super quiet, clean and comfy!

I love the location, several places to go and eat and have a drink, staff was nice and attentive. We love the restroom and the high-quality soaps that were provided in the shower. The room was decorated perfect the fridge and bar area were so classy.
Not much to complain about, only thing is, we got there an hour after check-in and it was very busy. Our room wasn’t ready so we had to take a different option room, which was still great, but the TV would not turn on, not sure what the issue was and the record player in the room wasn’t working correctly. It might’ve needed a new needle or something.

The Renaissance is beautiful, clean, and has super friendly staff. The location is nice and the valet are some of the nicest and fastest in the downtown area. Alejandro was very responsive and nice, grabbing my car quickly at early morning hours so I could go to work on time. The front desk staff are all kind and accommodating.
Love the turntable and records! That was the reason I chose the hotel! The valets and front desk were top shelf! A+ customer service!
The lobby looks swanky. Music TOO loud, The room is SOOO noisy (lots of noise from street, there are theaters and music venues near by) and the hallway has tiled floors. HUGE room, but only indirect lighting - none of the lamps over the tables worked. The TV is on a wall in a 90 degree angle to the bed... not comfy to watch TV in bed, and the chairs are torture devices , not suitable to watch TV either. Bathroom is HUGE, and has very cold tile floor, and only one bathmat ?
Worst night sleep EVER.
Not suitable for business travelers, unless you want to feel hip and cool... Not meeting expectations for a Renaissance branded hotel.
