Great classic hotel, nicely remodeled with friendly staff.

Staff, especially at reception, were very friendly and accommodating. The FIFA World Cup events were well underway and the hotel was bustling, but in a good way. Everyone was wonderful.

Charming place, great service, and the food at the restaurant is fantastic

We were there for the World Cup and the location was perfect. So many great restaurants and bars are close by and walkable. The hotel was perfect. Easy to get in and out of and a super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and super clean on the 19th floor. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was our best in Dallas. Great communication with the staff before our arrival and they accommodated combining my two reservations so I didn’t have to change rooms for nights I used points versus nights I paid for separately. The price was less than half that for other properties in the area and honestly, the hotel was worth double the others for quality of staff, was of accessibility, and just the overall value. We never had issues with getting an elevator even though the hotel was full. We used the valet and always had our car within 5 minutes. I’d stay here every time I’m in Dallas. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate the atmosphere for the World Cup visitors from around the world.

Really nice place with genuinely excellent staff. We liked the decor, the quite spacious room and the central location, but we really loved the people. The bartender, Taka, our waiter at the restaurant and the front desk clerk were all very kind and competent. Will return when in the area

Great location downtown! Very nice hotel

This is different from other renaissance i stayed at. it has a feel of a boutique hotel. Very nice touch with record player in a room. I really enjoyed the selection. The staff was so amazing and acomodating. they really made up for the downsides (dark room, no lounge) Breakfast in leu of lounge is very limited- but I hope they fix it once lounge reopens. Several issues I encountered during my stay were addressed with courtesy and promptly. Definitely made me feel like a valued guest. Enjoyed special attention from everyone on staff, from security to the manager. in app chat responses were the fastest I've seen. Would definitely be back if traveling through Dallas.

Great location right in the center of downtown close to everything. The atmosphere was exquisite, rooms are very large.

I came with my fiancée and colleagues to sponsor Pride events for a long weekend and I have to say the STAFF is AMAZING!! First of all, I’d booked the wrong hotel across the street and Stephanie was so helpful making sure I got a room and at the rate my colleagues signed up for. My company spends A LOT of money at Marriott hotels and I didn’t even need to tell her that as she didn’t hesitate to be accommodating! Honestly every staff member I came into contact with made sure our stay went smoothly and always asked if we needed anything. I was so relieved we were able to use the storage room to keep things easy to get to when transporting to the Parade. I can’t thank them enough!! Also, top notch Espresso martinis :) We ordered so many haha! Thank you all for your help to make our stay in Dallas successful! Lastly, we loved the decor of the hotel. It felt historical with a beautiful lobby, bar and rooms.

The room was large, and very clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful!!

Parking is terrible, the toilet seat and phone in the room were broken. The doors don't go all the way to the floor so you can hear everything in the hallways which are super load. Customer service is terrible. Do not recommend.

Property was fine

Love this Marriott hotel! Definitely more of that kind of vintage upscale feel . Cool ambiance—as soon as you walk in Breakfast at Tiffany’s is playing, the rooms all have record players and vinyls. There is a nice restaurant that serves luncheon dinner with a great bar. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I came here for business and I will definitely be returning.
