Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel

The hotel was nice, clean, and the rooms were comfortable

The front desk were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area.

Needs a better gym but the overall experience at the hotel was good. Great service, nice restaurant but the M Club could use some TLC

We stayed at the hotel so we could attend a concert at the Majestic Theatre. It’s located as two doors down. It was such a nice to know we could just leave the concert and walk to our hotel room and when we got there, we could experience the camping feel of a great hotel. We ate at the restaurant while we were there and the food was great as well as the service.

This hotel is fantastic. An old oil and gas company headquarters turned hotel, it's a beautiful building with incredible bones. The current owners did a fantastic job designing it, but the coup de grâce is a record player in every room and a 1,000 LP record collection in the lobby where you can take records out like you're at the library and listen to them in your room. This place rocks

The property is unique and emphasizes the phonograph and vinyl LP’s, a nice retro setting. The M Lounge for the Bonvoy elite members is lack luster and is below the traditional Bonvoy standards that I’ve experienced. This needs updating and love

The perfect Hotel in the perfect Dallas downtown location. You don’t need a car to see Dallas when staying here, just energy and effort to walk and enjoy your stay. Also only 5-10 minute walk to Light Rail station makes for easy access to DWF or other areas around town. The staff helpful and friendly, the rooms were amazing with record players and albums in the room and a wide selection to choose from at the front desk.

Everyone who worked there was really nice. The room and bathroom were beautiful.

This is my 2nd stay at this property, and I'll never stay anywhere else when visiting Dallas.
1) The staff from front door, to front desk, to restaurant, to anyone randomly encountered was fantastic!! Warm, friendly, authentic, and welcoming!!
2) LOVE the concept of checking out albums to listen in my room. It just feels like someone really thought about how to create a unique and comfortable experience!
3) Tried the restaurant for the 1st time and my waited was GREAT and the food was good.
4) The room is well appointed and comfortable.
5) Bathroom - shower - wouldn't change a thing
6) Housekeeping - not sure why many Marriott properties have decided housekeeping needs to be specifically requested but didn't have to here.
All in all - a 10 out of 10 and couldn't praise it enough!!

Location was perfect for where we were going to the wedding. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were great.

Great classic hotel, nicely remodeled with friendly staff.

Staff, especially at reception, were very friendly and accommodating. The FIFA World Cup events were well underway and the hotel was bustling, but in a good way. Everyone was wonderful.

Charming place, great service, and the food at the restaurant is fantastic

We were there for the World Cup and the location was perfect. So many great restaurants and bars are close by and walkable. The hotel was perfect. Easy to get in and out of and a super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and super clean on the 19th floor. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was our best in Dallas. Great communication with the staff before our arrival and they accommodated combining my two reservations so I didn’t have to change rooms for nights I used points versus nights I paid for separately. The price was less than half that for other properties in the area and honestly, the hotel was worth double the others for quality of staff, was of accessibility, and just the overall value. We never had issues with getting an elevator even though the hotel was full. We used the valet and always had our car within 5 minutes. I’d stay here every time I’m in Dallas. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate the atmosphere for the World Cup visitors from around the world.
