I think it would have been great except for the parking situation. I also had a hard time getting clear information from

It had a place to grab food in the evening

Cons:

The parking garage was rediculous. I came back to the hotel late from a wedding and I had to walk around the block at midnight by myself because there was no entrance directly in the hotel that was open. I did not feel safe. Valet parking was way too expensive.

It was an amazing anniversary and we thank the Omni for making it special for us!
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful! It was our 1st stay here and we were celebrating our 45th anniversary. The hotel was excellent from the moment we pulled up. When we checked in the staff was so pleasant when they greeted us. They told us happy anniversary and called us by name. They upgraded our room which made us feel very special. The room was amazing. The bed was as good as we had at home which made for a great nights sleep. We enjoyed having a great breakfast in our room. We walked around the hotel and checked out all it had to offer. We plan on coming back again next year if not sooner.

Cons:

Being located in the city it was not as quiet as we are used to, but was worth it.

Nice hotel but not enough staff
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and is in a good location. We have stayed here many times and enjoy the hotel overall.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this visit was the third time that we have stayed at the Omni where our room was not ready by the 3pm check in time. In addition, I found the fact that they had someone searching bags to enter the pool area pretty strange. Finally, it took over 45 minutes to get our car out of valet. It seems that the hotel is perpetually under staffed which is unfortunate because it is such a nice property.

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and were very disappointed overall. Although they had nice amenities (bar, rooftop pool, restaurants), the rooms and hallways were lacking. The beds felt like we were sleeping on an old lumpy mattress and they did not use fitted sheets. The water in our shower was always cold to luke warm and never hot. The electrical outlets were loose and constantly disconnecting our devices while charging. The hallways and bedrooms were in need of cleaning and vacuuming.
The rooftop pool was decent but umbrellas should be provided for those that don’t want to be in the sun. The rooftop bar was never open during our stay which was disappointing as well.
We have stayed at many Omni’s in the past but this was fell very short of our expectations, especially after paying around $350 per night.

Pros:

Pros:

Location is great. The library bar did not do table service which is disappointing and led to queues for drinks. It was also very cold on the ground floor, air con too high. Pin and proof very cool!

Cons:

It could have a better lobby bar, large and open but not very inviting.
