Would stay again for convenience.
Pros:

Close to great distilleries and restaurants. Museum was close to hotel and it was easy for driver to pick us up for bourbon trail. Late nite snacks right at food court ,didnt need to leave hotel. Lounge area was nice and the bartender was great.

Cons:

First impression was not a good one. The Asian girl behind the desk was annoyed to take care of us on Wednesday afternoon check in. Had to ask her a million questions to learn about hotel {isn’t that her job}.

Pros:

The Omni is absolutely beautiful!! Very clean. Friendly staff. Walking distance to all the downtown venues. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Pros:

One of my favorite places to stay. So beautiful and the restaurant is amazing and the speakeasy fun - just over all an amazing hotel and we have been coming for over 8 years .

Nice Hotel , nice staff and food facilities attached .

Cons:

In reception the leather sofas which are a light colour either need replacing or cleaning . Nit up to standard and looked dirty
