Great Stay at the Omni
Pros:

I had a smooth experience overall. I was able to drop my car off early, which made arrival really convenient, and checking in later worked out perfectly. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the deep tub was great for a long soak. The building itself has a lot to offer with multiple restaurants and activities all in one place.

The room was a little humid when I first arrived, and the coffee maker wasn’t plugged in and there was no microwave in the room, but none of these took away from an overall pleasant stay. I’d definitely return.

So amazing that we became members!
Pros:

We ended up getting into town early and had zero issue with early check-in. There were was paid Wi-Fi, but we became members and were able to get it for free. The staff was amazing and the cost was exceptional.

Cons:

If the bowling alley allowed minors in at night, that would be beneficial for families

Price a little too high for the inconveniences.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Shower was pleasant.

Cons:

TV didn’t work. Poor signal that kept freezing up. Plugs on my night stand did not work. Fridge had a loud buzz all night.

Great hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel, with great food, excellent spa, convenient market place, and convenient location. Would stay here again. The beds were not super comfortable and the pillows gave us allergies.

Anniversary Stay

Pros:

Everyone here was wonderful. Loved the property and room. Pool was awesome! Room sercice food was way overpriced with their delivery charge and service charge. As well the TV didn't work the entire time because they said of rain 😞

Excellent Place to Stay!
Pros:

Great customer service and over all experience! Try the steakhouse, the food and service is incredible. The roof top pool is relaxing and fun.

Where had the Omni been my whole life?
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with everything you could need during a stay. The minute we walked in, the peaceful environment was soothing. The team at this Omni location went above and beyond no matter who we interacted with. I was new to an Omni and it has definitely caught my attention of a hotel to seek out in other cities.

Great stay!
Pros:

I was very pleased with this beautiful hotel and the incredible atmosphere it offers. My only minimal complaint is that the road noise is pretty loud (even on the 7th floor - it felt like I was on the first floor). It isn't really a hotel issue I don't think, but the hotel's location.

Omni has it all!
Pros:

From beginning to end, Omni gave us an incredible experience! The staff, room service, and dining/drinking experiences were top-notch! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Eric, Logan, and Doris, among several other team members truly made us feel at home! We loved our king suite and all the amenities. We couldn't have been more pleased with our first experience! Thank you, Omni! We'll be back!

Disappointing visit to ‘luxury hotel’
Pros:

‘Do not enter’ sign at entrance to hotel. Reserved a premium king suite, got a double queen because they ‘ran out of king rooms.’ They didn’t answer the phone when we tried to ask about the room, multiple times.

Nice downtown hotel in a nice downtown.
Pros:

I’ve stayed in downtown hotels where the city left me scared to leave the safety of the lodging. Louisville is NOT a city like that – it was surprisingly lively, even at night. If being in the middle of downtown Louisville is a priority, this place would be hard to beat.

Our room had full bath, phone, AC, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, radio-alarm, in-room safe, iron & board, and TV with about 61 channels. Free amenities include exercise room & outdoor pool; the latter has several places to relax in the sun, grab a drink, or enjoy the view of the city. Wifi is free if you join their Loyalty Program at no charge. Connected to the hotel is Falls City Market, with several restaurants & shops. There are also several nearby places for food & drinks.
The staff was courteous & helpful. The place was surprisingly quiet despite being in the middle of downtown. Security is good – you cannot ride the elevator without a room key.
Parking is extra, but there are two ways to reduce this expense.
1) Street parking in Louisville is free between 6pm & 7am. I have NO IDEA if doing so is safe, but I know it is legal & free.
2) Parking at the Falls City Market Parking Garage is adjacent to the Market, and costs substantially less than hotel charges. Also, if you spend $5 at the Market and get your receipt validated, you can get up to two hours of parking there for free.

Several Louisville attractions are within walking distance (depending on how you define that term), and one place I recommend is Fourth Street Live, just a block away. I watched two FIFA championship games on a giant screen in a covered area there, and the enthusiasm of fellow fans was contagious.

Amazing Staff and Experience
Pros:

I gave the Omni Louisville a high rating because the customer service and the staff working at the hotel were excellent. The housekeeper Sandra was extremely kind and went out of her way to speak to our kids and make sure that our needs were met. She was warm and welcoming and made us feel seen and appreciated as customers. For this she deserves special recognition. Additionally the bellhop named Alexander was excellent as well. He was very kind when my children spoke to him and he offered my husband and I some excellent recommendations for local places to visit. Throughout our stay Sandra and Alex made my family feel at home. Not only would we return to the hotel anytime we visit the area, but we will also be recommending this hotel to family and friends when they are traveling in the area.
