Excelente escolha em Lisboa!
Pros:

Gostei de tudo. Hotel limpo, atendentes extremamente solícitos, café da manhã excelente, quarto amplo, limpo e bem decorado, localização perfeita para quem pretende embarcar em um cruzeiro. Só tenho elogios ao hotel.

Decepcionante, pésimo e indignante !!

El hotel está bien ubicado. Buenas instalaciones, hab grandes, cómodas..

Que nuestra hab tenía el ac malo era un horno, pedí arreglarlo, ( enviaron a mantenimiento) estuvo un poco mejor, la bañera tapada, inaceptable en un hotel 5 🌟 además a mi esposo se le desapareció $3,000 euros en efectivo, eso fue ya la gota q rebalsó el vaso, y ellos no hicieron nada al respecto, recién el día q nos íbamos el director habló con nosotros por todos los
problemas que tuvimos y lo del dinero quedó en manos de la policía portuguesa. Y el director del hotel…
Nos fuimos muy decepcionados,
tristes, apenados., y además estresados de tanto agobio.. las vacaciones fueron una semana y pagamos bastante plata, por ser hotel 5 estrellas 🌟
Lo que más me molestó e indigno, es que no tuvieron ningún detalle con nosotros, ( upgrade de hab. Una cena, etc..) lo q fuera que se notara q ellos estaban preocupados por lo q nos estaba pasando, porque las disculpas no sirven mucho en estos casos, sobretodo nosotros q veníamos de España de haber estado en varios hoteles de su cadena en DIF ciudades, y el trato fue increíble..
No lo recomiendo para nada, es un hotel muy impersonal, no se preocupa de sus pasajeros, nada que ver con España..
Si vuelvo a Lisboa, iré a otro Hotel de todas maneras, !!

Alles in allem war es ein sehr gutes Hotel. Lage, Ausstattung etc topp. Was es aber besonders gut macht, ist der Service. Dieser ist fantastisch. Die Mitarbeitenden waren so unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir waren mehrere Tage da und es war die ganze Zeit über so. Wir haben schon viele Hotels kennengelernt und das ist wirklich ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal.

Was auch noch besonderes hervorzuheben ist, ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Eine perfekte Auswahl an leckeren Speisen, wir haben das Frühstück und den topp Service dort zelebriert.

Das Aurea Museum würden wir jedem empfehlen und auch immer wieder buchen.

Cons:

Es gab Kleinigkeiten, z.B. Kratzer im Mobiliar. Da konnten wir aufgrund des ganzen Positiven drüber hinweg sehen.

הייתה חוויה מצוינת! המלון עצמו ברמה טובה, החדר היה נקי ונעים ובגודל סביר, ארוחת הבוקר עשירה מאוד ומושקעת והצוות הכי אדיב שיצא לי לפגוש באירופה. בכל בוקר קיבלו מריה וג׳סיקה את פנינו בארוחת הבוקר בלבביות ובאדיבות וממש נתנו תחושה של בית ודאגו לכל צרכינו גם בלי שביקשנו. ממליצה בחום על המלון!

Fijn verblijf!
Pros:

Check-in verliep wat stroef, we hadden 3 kamers, waren eerst te vroeg maar kregen wel de mogelijkheid om onze bagage te stockeren, dat was fijn.
Paar uur later waren we terug om in te checken maar waren de kamers alsnog niet klaar en was de communicatie moeilijk mbt het exacte uur. Hebben dan drankjes aangeboden gekregen maar deze lieten héél lang op zich wachten.
2e dag was onze kamer waren ze onze kamer pas om 16u30 aan het poetsen en waren we eigenlijk al terug van onze uitstappen, dus dat was even vervelend. Maar zeer goede bedden, mooie kamers.
