I will come back and stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Location was perfect. We wanted to stay in Alfama to explore around. Walking distance to the Sao Jorge Castle, Praça do Comércio and Augusta Street. Staff was really friendly and resourceful to help me book a trip to Cascais next day. Thank you!

Pros:

Loved the location, and also Loved the museum in the hotel. We did the tour, the guide was exceptionally helpful- we were a few minutes late, and at the end, she offered to redo the bit we missed at the beginning. Lots of small local bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Breakfast options were huge, but I don't tend to eat much Breakfast. So no complaint at all really!

Pros:

Lage direkt beim Hafen und am Meer, trotzdem sehr zentral. Hochwertige Ausstattung und ein fabelhaftes Frühstück. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt in der Nähe.

Cons:

Auch wenn es kleinlich wirken mag, aber in einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwarte ich auch funktionierende TV-Programme.

History, comfort and convenience in a single location.
Pros:

It’s a hotel that is part museum! The free guided tour of the ruins was fascinating. The rooms were spacious and spotless and the location is at the bottom of one of many of Lisbon’s hills

Cons:

The pool was only accessible through a spa reservation
