A real let down and very expensive for what you received.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and close to the lake

Cons:

I paid £350 for a night. I was not able to access the pool and this would have cost another £90 for two hours. The continental break was great. The cooked breakfast was a real let down, in the sense that it took a very long time to arrive and was then not what I asked for. The sausages were not even cooked. I definitely would not go back to this place.

We enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Beautiful location, lovely view. Rooms nicely decorated. Lounge area nice to sit and relax.

Cons:

Access to spa very limited despite having to pay extra. We couldn’t access on 2 of the 4 days we would have liked to, definitely need to pre book. Consider expensive to have to pay £40 per person on top of room fee to access (which wasn’t available anyway….) Food in brasserie restaurant very average, including breakfast. All sauces watered down. Mizu was definitely the better restaurant on offer. Rooms were decorated nicely but mattress was hard.

Perfect, tranquil, ideal for walking, food was fabulous (if a little pricey) bus stop right outside was ideal
Pros:

What’s not to like .. stunning !

Cons:

We used the spa and they had apples which we could take but they were super shiny and it became quickly apparent they were coated in wax and polished up to be shiny … gross ! We didn’t eat one!

Good but not great
Pros:

Love the location of the hotel

Cons:

Not sure its very good value for money tho. Practically everything is overpriced and does it become a dog-friendly room just because it has 2 dog bowls in. Easy access to outside seems better suitability rather than on the 2nd floor which the lift cannot fit a dog on a lead.

“A relaxing stay with superb dining, an excellent spa, and a wonderful thermal pool.
Pros:

The brasserie serves a delicious and superb breakfast. For dinner, the hotel offers two excellent restaurants you can always rely on — the Japanese restaurant and the brasserie — though it’s best to book ahead during busy periods and weekends. The spa is excellent, and the thermal pool adds a wonderfully relaxing touch to the stay.

Cons:

The only downside is the Wi‑Fi — the signal is weak throughout the hotel and in the rooms. This is the main issue that needs improvement.

Very happy with our stay. Food and service brilliant
Pros:

We had booked a standard room, view was of flat roof and could hear air-conditioning. Requested a room with a view and we were moved straight away. New room was perfect. Would certainly stay there again.

Cons:

When booking it did not say that standard room would have no view or would be looking at flat roof and air-conditioning outlets

Spa and location amazing!
Pros:

Hotel is in the perfect location. We literally booked it for the spa which we have been to before which is amazing.

Cons:

I cant highly rate the food, it unfortunately lets the hotel down. had lunch and breakfast theres few times. Very bland and basic. However the asian restrain next door is a better option.
