Gute Lage mit allem was man braucht.
Pros:

Das Dachzimmer mit Seeblick war angenehm und praktisch ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, ganz in der Nähe des Schlosses und des Sees. Alles ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar inkl. Bahnhof, mit halbstündlichen Verbindungen Richtung Genf und Lausanne. Auch die späte Anreise ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption war gut organisiert.

Cons:

Auf einer Bettseite musst man sehr aufpassen, den Kopf nicht an den schrägen Dachbalken anzuschlagen. Im Badezimmer hat es eine Badewanne mit Duscheinrichtung, jedoch kein Wasserschutz (Duschvorhang oder ähnlich), was das Duschen etwas umständlich macht.

Pros:

Der Service auf der Aussenterrasse war enorm freundlich und kompetent. Generell der Service der sehr jungen Crew war wirklich nett und erfrischend.

Das Hotelzimmer war grosszügig, hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank und eine mobile Klimaanlage.

Auch das Check-in war freundlich.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Frühstück ist OK - die Platzverhältnisse sind aber etwas beengt.

Cons:

Es gab im Badezimmer eine Badewanne - leider ohne Vorhang oder Duschentrennwand, was das Duschen recht erschwerte.

Einfacher, freundlicher Aufenthalt an guter Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Bahnhof, Einkaufen und See. Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangslage für die Etappen der Alpenpanorama Route Vevey bis Genf genutzt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die tägliche Raumpflege war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine sanfte Renovation täte dem schönen Haus gut.

Très bon accueil téléphonique pour expliquer que nous serions très en retard pour récupérer les clés de notre chambre. Tout a été réglé très vite : code d accès et clés prêtes sur le comptoir.

La literie est excellente, nous avons très bien dormi.

Cons:

Tout était parfait. Nous regrettons juste de ne pas avoir eu le temps de profiter pleinement de votre hôtel car nous étions juste de passage (22h-8h00) mais nous reviendrons.
