Pros:

As I stated this boutique hotel exceeded our expectation. The location, the charm, modern and clean. I can compare it to any Hyatt hotel except it needs to be booked ahead of time since it’s a boutique hotel and they have limited rooms. From Igor the general manager to Zumriye and Anamaria the receptionists, to Olivera the head of cafeteria to Suni the coffee barista we were welcomed with outstanding hospitality and warmth. We also met one of the owners Erol Su who sent a gratis service to our table anything we wanted just because…It made our vacation extra special. When traveling we spend least time in our hotel rooms but it is important to stay in a comfortable and warm welcoming environment. Five 5 from us.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

konum süper, bar olması ve canlı müzik olması güzel. ayrıca otelin önünde yeterli alan olmadığından oraya yakın bir yere park etmiştim, resepsiyondaki görevli arkadaş benimle beraber arabaya gelip su otelin kartını bırakıp ücret yazılırsa kendisine iletmemi söyledi. kaldığımız yerde mini buzdolabı var, gezginler çok güzel bir olanak. kahvaltı yeterliydi. ohride 2. kez yine burayı tercih ettim.

Cons:

bizim kaldığımız odada taharet musluğu vardı ama annemlerin kaldığı tarafta yoktu. kaldığımız odada tavan kısmı ozellikle öyle mi yapılmış yada yarım kalmış bir inşaat görüntüsü vardı, bilemedim.

Уникално разпололожение. Градът и езерото се виждат перфектно от балкона на стаята. Закуската е изобилна.

Generelt imødekommende og venlig personale, god rengøring og virkelig god beliggenhed. Et sted jeg vil besøge igen.

Beliggenhed og morgenmaden.
Værtinden der modtog gæsterne til morgenmaden, var venlig og meget serviceminded - kæmpe stjerne ⭐️

Cons:

Lidt bedre service til hotellets gæster til morgenmaden bag baren, når man f. eks skulle have sin kaffe. Det ville klæde dem med lidt mere smil og øjenkontakt, og sige noget med at de nok skulle være der for os hotelgæster, der stod og ventede ved baren, mens tjenerne bare kom og hentede drikkevarer til de udefra gæster (uden overnatning).

Nagyon szép volt a szoba,az ablak a hegyre nézett,nem a tóra,de ez nem volt gond. Nagyon jó volt a klíma, a tisztaság is rendben volt.

Kényelmetlen volt a matrac,az ágyak össze-visza csúszkáltak,kemény volt a párna.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu ze smacznym śniadaniem
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu tuż przy deptaku, ale bez proszenia otrzymaliśmy pokój z bocznym widokiem na jezioro Ochrydzkie (czysta loteria - przy przyjeździe w recepcji słyszeliśmy skarżących się na hałas w nocy starszych turystów z Francji).
Restauracja na dachu z cudownym widokiem.

Cons:

Ściany w pokoju zdecydowanie wymagają odświeżenia (obdrapane, poodbijane obuwie na wysokości wzroku oraz liczne plamy).
Obsługę śniadania określilibyśmy jako raczej nienachalną - bez dopytania z naszej strony nie potrafilibyśmy się domyśleć, że herbata lub kawa są również możliwe po zamówieniu w barze. Śniadanie serwowane jest w restauracji otwartej na ulicę (dostępne nie tylko dla gości hotelowych, chociaż dla klientów spoza hotelu samoobsługa nie była wymagana - może śniadanie typu ala carte sprawdziłoby się lepiej).
