房間頗乾淨清爽，有電梯並供應紙拖鞋。

Cons:

因在馬路旁，車輛噪音大；浴室水量不大，不知何故？無熱水可沐浴。

這次來是為了到柱看演唱會，走路過去也很近非常方便！看完去找個酒吧喝完再走回家，完美！旅館有提供飲水機和小零食很貼心，剛好住到尾間房視野還不錯（市景有大片落地窗），晚上周遭算安靜，睡眠品質還不錯
Pros:

住宿地點離車站很近，且週邊有第二市場找吃的也方便，晚上也有宵夜~或是可以到中華路夜市都不會很遠

Cons:

唯獨小缺點是館內禁菸，但是一進房間其實就聞的出有菸味，可能有其他住客偷抽或是建築空調的問題？除此之外該有的都有，希望菸味可以改善（對不抽菸的人是酷刑呀~

晚上路邊停車很難找，台中公園停車場一小時30元當日無上限(停一晚花了快400元)，若加上停車費性價比不高，因此此住宿推薦沒有開車的旅人
Pros:

1.住宿地點方便
2.以周末來說房價便宜
3.服務人員態度友善

Cons:

1.客房地板黏黏的
2.隔音不太好(但因為房價便宜可接受)
3.一進門發現跟照片差很多，與心中期待有落差，但以周末一晚不到2000得房價還可以接受。建議大家看看其他住客拍的圖片。
