Pros:

Am venit aici pentru a doua oara, spre surprinderea noastra a fost mai curat decat in 2025, personalul exceptional fata de anul anterior, doar ca din pacate lipsesc anumite terase din trecut care il faceau mult mai atractiv, de asta l-am si ales... o sa dau nota 10 per total pentru ca intradevar pe booking nu mai au poze cu terasele din trecut dar raport calitate pret fara acele terase nu pot sa spun ca este de exceptie, multumim personalului pentru amabilitate, mai ales la receptie si bucatarie!

Great location, comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic location, helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping. There are several terraces from which you can see the hot air balloons perfectly in the morning. Very close to city center but far enough to avoid the noise. Would stay again.

Cons:

Not really a cave hotel. Walls are a bit thin, you can hear people on the hallway, but it’s mostly quiet.

Zona impresionanta, personal amabil cam peste tot.
Pros:

Mic dejun satisfacator, produse bune, poate doar mentiunea ca erau aceleasi in fiecare zi. Locatie foarte buna, camerele mici dar suficiente . Am fost 3 adulti si am avut de fapt 2 camere , una mai mica, de trecere , cu pat de 1 persoana si una mai mare. Frumoase terasele , cu vedere la formatiunile specifice zonei. A fost de ajutor amplasarea, in centrul orasului . Am putut merge pe jos atat la muzeul in aer liber cat si prin oras .

Добро местоположение. Много гостоприемни стопани. Отлична закуска. Има много хубава гледка от терасата на последния етаж.

Cons:

Имам една препоръка, не знам в другите стаи как е, но в нашата леглото много скърцаше и при всяко обръщане се будиш.
