I had a pleasant stay at Milat Cave Hotel. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Göreme. I actually appreciated being slightly outside the busiest area, because bars and restaurants can stay noisy until late, while this area was much quieter but still reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The hotel has a cozy and traditional atmosphere, and the rooms are charming. It honestly felt a bit like staying at my grandmother’s house, in a positive and comforting way. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious with a small window.
Some rooms may be a bit noisier since they are close to the reception or breakfast area. Mine was near the reception, but earplugs solved the issue easily. Mobile signal was not great inside the hotel, so it’s better to rely on the Wi-Fi.
There are terraces both on the rooftop and at ground level. Breakfast included both savory and sweet options, and the staff were kind and helpful.
I also booked a shared airport transfer through the hotel: everything worked smoothly, well organized with fair price.
Overall, I think this hotel offers good value for money and I would book it again.
One small suggestion for improvement could be the communication before arrival regarding tours. The hotel was available to help with bookings, which was appreciated, and it could be even more helpful to provide a short summary with what’s included and pickup times, as it would make organizing activities a bit easier for guests.
Расположение хорошее. Но завтрак проходит в подвале (раньше на террасе с кайфовым видом).
2 года назад было гораздо круче. Кстати не удобный душ. Только потолочный.

Todo bien bastante limpio, el desayuno completo y el personal muy amable además que pudimos ver el espectáculo de los globos desde la terraza que se ve excelente sin necesidad de ir al mirador
The location the room and the breakfast is supreme!
Senza dubbio il punto forte sono le terrazze, osservare all’alba le Mongolfiere su tutta Goreme non ha prezzo. Carino l’arredo tipico, bagni abbastanza spaziosi e forniti.
La colazione e l’insonorizzazione assolutamente da migliorare.
Great location! We could walk to the town. Lots of food places take you pick. Fantastic view from terrace. The hot air balloon take off site is 10mins walk from hotel.

There was no socket on one side of the bed, so I had to use my battery pack to charge my phone.
The receptionist was top class.so helpful, so knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble.. beautiful building.fab breakfast.top class

- Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe des Zentrums von Göreme
- Frühstück war gut
- Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Zimmers wär mässig
- Zimmer hat zu wenige Steckdosen
- Transport zum Hotel welchen wir über das Hotel gebucht haben, hat nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir mussten den doppelten Preis bezahlen, da der Preis sich anscheinend nur auf eine Richtung bezog. Hotel war unkooperativ bei der Abwicklung dieses "Missverständnisses". Empfehle ein Taxi zum Hotel zu nehmen, ist günstiger und komfortabler. Zudem war der Transport zum Hotel kein Privattransport sondern mit anderen Gästen die in andere Hotels gebracht wurden.
El personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos y aunque no hablaban español hicieron todo el esfuerzo por entendernos y ayudarnos
El baño no tenía acondicionador, la ducha estaba con problemas y aunque solicitamos nos pudieran cambiar la ducha no lo hicieron.
No es hotel cueva como se promociona, nose a que llaman ellos hotel cueva, quede con la duda

La ubicación fue estratégica, el desayuno fue fenomenal, las habitaciones limpias y tiene una terraza para ver los globos espectacular, en general el hotel está muy bien para estadías cortas, nosotros estuvimos dos noches.!
Tengan cuidado cuando ofrecen tours en el hotel nosotros pagamos 15 euros de más, ya que en otros lugares son más económicos, además nos querían vender el tour de los globos a 200 euros, aunque es fluctuante el precio, no lo compren en el hotel, al final pagamos 140 euros por persona, por la temporada.!
