Très très très décevant.
Pros:

Bel hôtel et belle suite avec vue.
Bon restaurant

Cons:

L’équipe de Réception est désorganisée, jeune et limite désagréable. Nous avons demandé à voir le manager qui était présent mais qui n’est jamais venu.

Pour profiter du sauna, il faut demander de l’allumer au spa.
Pour apprendre qu’il est payant, non compris dans la chambre ni avec les massages. L’hôtel a le culot de nous le facturer au Check out alors que nous n’avons jamais parlé de budget.
Devant notre mécontentement, l’hôtel ne nous le facturera pas finalement.

Nous décidons de louer des scooters 2 jours.
Nous demandons de les garer à l’hôtel pour la nuit qui nous dit ok.
Le soir même, alors que nous sommes couchés, on nous demande de mettre les scooters ailleurs.

Ces 2 événements sont inacceptables pour un 4 étoiles et c’est bien dommage. Nous ne reviendrons pas, c’est certain.

Cons:

建议前台员工能够提升态度和素质，避免在客人面前用意大利语议论客人的行为，即使她们感到不理解的时候，也避免出现让客人反感的微表情，最好能保持专业服务水准。如果不想帮客人提行李，就不要提，不要走到最后一节台阶才来假惺惺地说我来帮你提吧。介绍房间时，难道有人不知道bath room还需要介绍吗？跳过这种冗余的程序，让客人尽快休息更好。

A perfect honeymoon experience with amazing staff, incredible food, and unforgettable hospitality!
Pros:

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel!
The staff was incredible — so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for and spoiled.

The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared every single time.
We also had a massage at the spa, and it was absolutely legendary — one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! So relaxing and professional.

We came here for our honeymoon, and the hotel made it even more special. They welcomed us with a heartfelt note, champagne, and a cake waiting for us in the room, which was such a beautiful and thoughtful surprise.

Everything about our stay was perfect, and we will definitely come back again!

Very unlikely with their behavior
Pros:

Room very comfortable and great view. First day I had to stay in a normal room. Normal rooms not good. No view at all and not sontirk@yahoo.com comfortable

Cons:

Manager of hotel is unprofessional from time zero I got in the hotel. The called me 3 times before I leave and asked me to make the payment of parking and some extras What they thought? That I will curry my baggage on my shoulders and leave. Also I asked invoice and manage said that I will take one from booking which is not correct because any time I booked through booking hotels gave me invoice. I asked from booking and booking said Montemare has to give invoice

It was so incredible that we will return!
Pros:

The breakfast pastries by Vitorio were to die for and different every single day. The staff was attentive and incredibly kind. Room was spectacular and views were amazing! Also, the cooking class held by the hotel was a must do.

Cons:

The only thing that I could possibly think of that could be improved was the bed, it was extremely firm!

Exceptional property and staff! The BEST views of Positano
Pros:

The staff at the property was exceptional. Each and every staff at the property greets you and is very helpful. It has THE BEST view in Positano. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and really clean. We went there to celebrate my husbands birthday, and they put balloons and roses in the room. They even got us a vegan cake according to our diet. If you’re thinking twice about the property…just book it! It is sooooo worth it.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. Maybe one point was that since it was located higher up we had to climb a LOT of stairs to go up and down to the beach.
