Bajkowy podbyt.
Pros:

Cudowny hotel, topowa obsługa, czystość, przecudowny widok. Basen, o którym nie widziałem. Najwyższy poziom jakości. Hotel jak z bajki.

PS: tak są schody na powrót z plaży, ale jeżeli ktoś oczekuje braku schodów w Positano to chyba nie wie gdzie jedzie? Można iść tez na około, ciut dłużej i podziwiać uroki Positano albo przy okazji wejść do jednej cudownych restauracji.

Cons:

Brakowało mi bekonu na śniadanie, co prawda omlet był bardzo kremowy.

I would give it an overall 7/10 in terms of everything.
Pros:

We like the overall room and it had a great view. Location was also perfect as it was a quick walk to the beaches, pier, and main road with restaurants and shops.

Cons:

I did not like the overall cost and value of the property. When you pay a premium I expect that to reflect in hospitality. You only get 1 small still water bottle per day. We also brought a re-useable water bottle but they would not fill it up like our hotel luxury hotel in Rome and they even put Ice in it. The on site restaurant is overpriced and you’re much better going to all the other restaurants around the property even if the view isn’t as good.

Si tengo que decir o comentar algo es que quiza por lo que uno está en el hotel, es mucho lo que se termina pagando. Pero lo vale, si es que se aproveha el hotel al máximo

We will pick this hotel when we return
Pros:

We loved this place and the location was great. I highly suggest a sea view room, because the view is stunning. Our room itself was gorgeous, too, and well appointed. The staff was really wonderful - they helped make it a stand-out experience. We used the spa for a massage and I believe it was the best massage I have ever had. We also had dinner at the restaurant onsite - Il Capitano - and it was one of our top 3 meals of the 10-day trip. The view from the restaurant may be the best in Positano. The food was excellent and so was the service (albeit slightly over the top in terms of fawning). We were never bothered by noise in the hotel, and everything was spotlessly clean. I'd say the only downside is that the swimming pool is small and has no view.

Good relaxing 10 days
Pros:

Location very good Atmosphere good you can choose from a quiet pool to a noisy one .
Our room was spacious, kept clean all week and had a great view, room 11209 .
The staff at this hotel are stupendous always happy to help.and always smiling .
Too many to mention but Salah our cleaner was fantastic the 2 Mohammads at the island bar and Omar who kept us hydrated and Ezzat who kept us fed were brilliant . Breakfast omelettes cooked by Ahmed were fabulous, The a la carte resteraunts were good and the main resteraunt was good if not a little busy . We did find ourselves as a British couple a little under represented as there were mainly Russians there and imo very rude and entitled peeps but if you look past this the hotel is very good .
Just a suggestion the island pool bar could really do with opening into the evening maybe till about 10 or 11pm so that those who are at the bottom of the property wouldn't have to catch the hotel bus service to get to the top for an evening's drink 😁.
Overall it's very good very well maintained and dedicated to making your stay as relaxing or busy as you want .

Bel hôtel et belle suite avec vue.

Cons:

L’équipe de Réception est désorganisée, jeune et limite désagréable. Nous avons demandé à voir le manager qui était présent mais qui n’est jamais venu.

Pour profiter du sauna, il faut demander de l’allumer au spa.
Pour apprendre qu’il est payant, non compris dans la chambre ni avec les massages. L’hôtel a le culot de nous le facturer au Check out alors que nous n’avons jamais parlé de budget.
Devant notre mécontentement, l’hôtel ne nous le facturera pas finalement.

Nous décidons de louer des scooters 2 jours.
Nous demandons de les garer à l’hôtel pour la nuit qui nous dit ok.
Le soir même, alors que nous sommes couchés, on nous demande de mettre les scooters ailleurs.

Ces 2 événements sont inacceptables pour un 4 étoiles et c’est bien dommage. Nous ne reviendrons pas, c’est certain.

建议前台员工能够提升态度和素质，避免在客人面前用意大利语议论客人的行为，即使她们感到不理解的时候，也避免出现让客人反感的微表情，最好能保持专业服务水准。如果不想帮客人提行李，就不要提，不要走到最后一节台阶才来假惺惺地说我来帮你提吧。介绍房间时，难道有人不知道bath room还需要介绍吗？跳过这种冗余的程序，让客人尽快休息更好。

A perfect honeymoon experience with amazing staff, incredible food, and unforgettable hospitality!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel!
The staff was incredible — so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for and spoiled.

The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared every single time.
We also had a massage at the spa, and it was absolutely legendary — one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! So relaxing and professional.

We came here for our honeymoon, and the hotel made it even more special. They welcomed us with a heartfelt note, champagne, and a cake waiting for us in the room, which was such a beautiful and thoughtful surprise.

Everything about our stay was perfect, and we will definitely come back again!
