I would not recommend it, dissapointing
Pros:

Location, clean, airco

Cons:

The staff wasn’t helpful and not everyone was polite. The breakfast wasn’t really good and one day we didn’t got a buffet. Weird smell in the bathroom.

Hôtel correct à un prix raisonnable mais, petit déjeuner à revoir.
Pros:

Personnel : Très aimable et à l'écoute.
Chambre : Très propre rien à dire, très calme. Nous avions visiter une première chambre et cette dernière avait une odeur de renfermée. Nous avons donc demandés à changer de chambre, la deuxième était impeccable. Les draps, couette, coussin, etc étaient très propre et le lit confortable.
Parking : Petit parking avec gardien. Je suis venu hors saison estival donc j'avais de la place mais je pense que en période estivale il n'y aura pas de place dans le parking car il y a entre 5 à 10 places.
Emplacement : À proximité de la gare et dans la ville nouvelle. Un taxi ou une voiture personnelle pour aller dans la vielle ville en environ 5 à 10 minutes.
Petit-déjeuner : Buffet avec du sucré et du salé. Compris dans le prix. Correct sans plus.
Salle de bain : Salle de bain privative assez grande et propre.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est à revoir surtout sur ce qui est traditionnel (msemen, ...).

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, близко вокзал, 10 минут до 16 автобуса, который едет в аэропорт за 4 MAD, всего 40 минут, а не трансфер или такси 150-200 MAD. Было одеяло, комфортная кровать, плотные шторы.

Cons:

Не очень чисто, шум с улицы и соседи сверху постоянно что-то двигали, берите беруши.

La qualité au service du personnel, l’emplacement

Cons:

La piètre qualité des équipements: chambre très petite, salle de bain minuscule, ventilateur de la salle de bain non fonctionnelle, lit peut confortable, un des deux ascenseurs ne fonctionne pas, petit déjeuner très moyen.
