The Address they put on Booking is different from the actual address, I had to drive more than 10 minutes away and asked people, until I typed the actual name of the hotel.

Pros:

This is a special place in Yorkshire for me I'm down twice a year and always stay at Homefield arm this year it's 3 times love the place plus staff are brilliant always there for you and it's brilliant value for money what more can you ask for

Great location, great staff, great food, decent size rooms.

Cons:

There was a wedding on and we wasn't told until a couple of days prior to arrival. Im sure the wedding was booked a while ago, we should've been notified upon booking, enabling us to make a decision whether wanting to continue.

The bed was big and comfortable the room was very clean and warm

The lack of chairs in bedroom was only one at the dressing table so if we wanted to sit we had to lay on bed
