Without hesitation I will come back here every time I visit family in Cassino
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. Excellent air con and a safe. Plenty of storage although we were there for 10 nights so the clothes hangers were inadequate so I had to get some more.

Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and bins emptied. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was exceptional. The staff were lovely and attentive.
Best breakfast I’ve had by a long shot in a hotel and such lovely staff.
Gym was good and had all the equipment needed. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and the bagnino on duty was lovely. Loads of car parking which is locked on an evening so very secure.

Cons:

Lack of a decent toaster at breakfast time. Apart from this the breakfast was amazing

Ho soggiornato con un cucciolo di smooth fox terrier del mio allevamento in occasione dell'Esposizione Int.le di Cassino svoltasi al Bosco delle Favole. Comodo il parcheggio e ottima la colazione che viene servita già a partire dalle 6:30.

Totale insofferenza verso i bambini e forse anche ai napoletani.
Pros:

É un bel hotel, soprattutto per la pulizia hotel , camere anche nella zona della piscina . Se fosse stato per qst ci saremmo ritornati subito

Cons:

Accoglienza verso noi napoletani pessima, assoluta insofferenza ai bambini piccoli, continue lamentele anche se parlavano un po' più ad alta voce oppure camminavano sull'erba , e parliamo di bambini di 2 anni. Nel giorno del 15 agosto, poiché non abbiamo cenato nell'hotel , ma ci soggiornavamo solo, ci é stato vietato di camminare davanti ai tavoli che stavano cenando da una delle proprietarie . Bagnini di una scortesia assurda e poca cordialità . Una sola cameriera , che poi abbiamo scoperto avere origini napoletane , é stata davvero cordiale e gentile con noi .

Non torneremo più .

No shuttle service to go to centre . When I asked about bus services, times etc, reception staff had no idea.. This information would be useful, im sure, to guests

Pros:

Hotel davvero molto pulito e ben curato. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile durante il soggiorno.

La piscina è grande, ben attrezzata e soprattutto ci sono sempre lettini disponibili, cosa molto comoda. La stanza era spaziosa, luminosa e dotata di tutto il necessario, compresi phon e bagnoschiuma.

Molto comodo anche il parcheggio, ampio e vicino alla struttura. La posizione è ottima, soprattutto perché l'hotel si trova vicinissimo all'uscita dell'autostrada.

Nel complesso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Consigliato!
