Would highly recommend this hotel very clean,friendly staff, &excellent breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent good quality &lots of fresh options.

Cons:

Nothing really 3 floors so as there is no lift if you are unable to do stairs recommend a ground or 1st floor.

Kein Lift vorhanden
Im Zimmer war es 27 Grad und ohne Klimanlage. Obwohl es draussen nur 17 grad waren, kam die frische Luft nicht rein aufgrund der nur leicht kippbaren Fenster.

Our shower was broken, but the staff were able to help and switch us to a new room.

The bathroom was small. The windows were very dirty and needed to be cleaned.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

La habitación estaba en una tercera planta sin ascensor y no fuimos avisados. Creo que de este tipo de cosas hay que avisar. La habitación era muy pequeña para el precio.

Solo nos dieron la opción de desayunar a las 7 u 8 de la mañana porque el lugar es muy pequeño, madrugar para tomar desayuno no es agradable cuando estas de vacaciones. No cuenta con ascensor, hay que subir maletas!
