Friendly staff, clean room, lovely breakfast.
Someone tried to open my room door. Fortunately it was locked. There is open access from the street to the rooms. Also if you have heavy bags please note there is no lift
Clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the centre of Oban. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.
It wasn't a problem for us but some people may find the absence of a lift a nuisance. . The parking situation needs to be clearer as we kept having to move our car to meet parking regulations.

Mattress on Sofa bed was nit thick enough for an adult but staff gave us a few extra duvets and it was adequate.

No elevator or anyone to help with luggage. Bathroom door too heavy and noisy. Room was hot and fan failed halfway through nite . Couldnt get breakfast past 9:M. Very small shower. Reception was not very knowledge
