The restaurant on site was good, breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable & clean. Staff were amazing.
The tv channels kept switching on & off, maybe down to bad signal. No plug sockets by the bed

Tv was pixelated no signal at all and Audio description was turned on and no settings to turn it off asked reception to turn it off they said they would but they never did.

The hotel location was a 20 minute walk into town but there are plenty of buses running back and forth.
All of it. It's obviously a new building which adds to it's attractiveness. Nice touches in the room were the welcome bottles of Radnor water. There was plenty of choice for the tea making facilities. Usually, you get two teabags and that's it. Nice to see plenty of choice. The staff were very nice, breakfast was great and excellent value. Great hotel with very friendly people wether they were at the desk, in the restaurant or cleaning the rooms. Excellent service all round. Very well done.

It was very clean, bright and obviously well looked after and all the staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Also our room was excellent.

Bella struttura, pulita e ordinata. Personale alla reception cortese e disponibile. Le camere (matrimoniali) sono di dimensioni molto generose, offrendo spazio in abbondanza. Anche il bagno è di buone dimensioni e ben equipaggiato. Letti molto comodi. Il parcheggio è ampio e molto comodo. La relativa lontananza dal centro, raggiungibile in auto, è ampiamente compensata.
Nulla. Un solo appunto per l'ascensore... che in realtà è solo un lentissimo montacarichi per una persona e una valigia. Se non fosse per la fatica di portare i bagagli sarebbe meglio evitarlo...

Depending on chef, food was excellent to mediocre....one chef was outstanding so we fell lucky 5 out of 6 meals.

Bedding was brilliant bathroom was brilliant hygiene of the hotel was excellent price of breakfast was £14 which was probably expensive pint was very good the quietness and hygiene of the hotel was brilliant and the location was superb next to morrison mcdonalds and also a pub a short walk away and not far from the city centre under 1 mile walk lovely people in aberstwyth
