Everything i like..but its hard for elderly who have use the wheelchair to go down the stairs every times at the hotel corridors.please improve. Make some space for wheelchair to go down slope easyly.

There was no fridge in the room. We had specifically selected two single beds, but were instead given one queen bed, which was inconvenient.
I would also advise guests not to take the massage service. After a long day, we requested two masseurs for a 90-minute session. They only arrived at 9:40 pm. From the start, they were talking loudly about personal matters, repeatedly asking each other how much time was left.
The massage quality was poor as they were constantly using their phones while massaging. The session ended at 10:47 pm, which was well short of the promised 90 minutes. They then washed their hands, collected the payment, and left without explanation.
Although this is a third-party service, the hotel should ensure that any vendor they engage is professional and reliable, as it directly affects the guest experience.
Great location a very short walk from the Tanjung Pinang ferry terminal. The staff were great. The kitchen staff specially made some vegetarian breakfast for us.
The window in my room opened to the outdoor air conditioning units and the boilers because of which it was quite noisy. We may have just ended up in an unlucky room though.
