Very central and easy to get to most tourist locations
Friendly staff who were very helpful
Room was very comfortable and clean
Nice breakfast - food cooked to order was delivered quickly and hot

Separate toilet had no wash basin
Room was. large enough but felt cluttered with too much furniture, e.g. chairs
Room locks used old fashioned keys that needed to be handed back before going out - should upgrade to electronic locks
Building, quiet rooms and attention to details
Most of all nothing but some gentleman staff members may be more hospitality minded or supported by younger staff members
I arrived a bit early and was allowed to check in around 11:30 am. It was great!

Location is very good. Rooms are excelent (feels like a real historic hotel), brackfast is very good, the staff are very friendly, rooms are very clean
Old school lock (keys) for the rooms. Electronic cards would have been nicer

Hotel is in the heart of Vienna old town with direct access in central square with all shops,cafe-restaurant around and very close to main attraction points of city like palace,museum etc.
The suite room that stayed was huge,i think the biggest of whatelse could find on the others hotel in the centre and the price was very good.
The staff was very kind and took care for all facilities and also provided us later check out one hour at once upon my request.
I like the breakfast food so delicious. The room is so comfortable and spacious.
Its hard to open the room using the key.
