This is my favorite hotel in Vienna. The staff at the front desk are absolutely wonderful!
Location, Breakfast, Amenities in the room.
It is in a fabulous location , very quiet yet close to the main square. We were so very lucky and got upgraded to the Penthouse Room which was amazing. The breakfasts were excellent with huge amount of choices. We loved the Manager on reception (Think his name is Sayed - he has been there for 33 years ) and is so welcoming and has a lovely sense of humour. We also thought that the breakfast staff were excellent, cheerful and pleased to help in anyway.
The only minor thing was the 2 male staff in the bar area on different evenings as they were not welcoming and unable to smile and make us feel comfortable.

Good breakfast, with tea/coffee served to table. Would be nice if staff manages to bring tea before one has finished eating.. It would be better to offer a self service for tea and coffee..

Location is really fantastic and the staff were exceptional. The room had everything I could have wanted. The bar downstairs is the perfect place to gently move into the evening, and enjoy a cocktail before going out. Breakfast was really exceptional

Hotel was in a fantastic location. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of choice.
The bar closed quite early compared to Uk. Other cooked food options would be nice besides eggs and bacon.
