Konaklamamdan genel olarak çok memnun kaldım. Otel oldukça temiz ve konforluydu. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Odamız temiz, düzenli ve rahattı. Kahvaltı çeşitleri ve lezzeti gayet başarılıydı. Konumu da ulaşım açısından oldukça avantajlıydı. Her şey için teşekkür ederim, tekrar konaklamaktan memnuniyet duyarım. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Comfortable, value for money and overall good experience.
Pros:

Breakfast is very nice. The staff gave me an upgrade to a very nice and spacious room. Overall, very good value for money.

Cons:

The location is overlooking a bus and metro station so a bit noisy if you open the window.

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff and great location – highly recommended.
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada Alibeykoy. My suite was modern, spotless and cleaned daily to a very high standard. A special thank you to Mert at reception, Burak Aydin in the restaurant and the room service lady for their exceptional service and warm hospitality.
The location is excellent, with great transport links for the rest of Istanbul and with plenty of great local restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Nothing. I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault the hotel.

Sejur plăcut, cu personal amabil și locație bună.
Pros:

Personalul a fost foarte amabil și profesionist pe toată durata sejurului. Am apreciat upgrade-ul gratuit la o cameră superioară, compusă din dormitor și living cu chicinetă, un gest frumos din partea hotelului. Hotelul a fost curat, iar amplasarea este bună, cu acces facil către principalele zone de interes. Micul dejun a fost satisfăcător, cu suficiente opțiuni pentru un început de zi plăcut.

Cons:

Deși intenția de a oferi un upgrade a fost apreciată, camera primită nu s-a ridicat pe deplin la nivelul așteptărilor pentru categoria sa. Mobilierul și finisajele ar putea beneficia de o îmbunătățire pentru a oferi o experiență mai apropiată de standardele unui hotel de 4 stele. De asemenea, micul dejun a fost doar rezonabil, fără elemente care să iasă în mod deosebit în evidență.

Нам предоставили большой двухкомнатный номер с очень комфортабельной душевой комнатой. Накормили вкусным завтраком

Cons:

Для нас не нашлось времени на хамам, пришлось ехать в другой отель и воспользоваться услугами турецкой бани.

An excellent stay with very good accommodation conditions, kind staff, great location and easy acces
Pros:

The hotel experience was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and they even considered our request and offered us a suite room with balcony at the same price, which we truly appreciated. The food was very good, with many options available at breakfast and restaurant area. The location was also excellent, very close to Haliç University and with very good public transport connections to the main areas of Istanbul. The spa, sauna and overall cleanliness were also very good.

Cons:

The only small inconvenience was the TV channel selection. Most channels were only in Turkish. It would be useful for international guests to have at least one English news channel and one movie/entertainment channel available in English.
