Great location and friendly staff
The location was superb
Actually I stayed at a Laquita in Loudon, TN the night before and it was cleaner, had twice the number and bigger fluffier towels, had really nice toiletries and a wonderful complimentary breakfast . The hyatt didn’t even have a front desk - it was weird as people trying to check in git bunched up in the lobby while other people were trying to get out is the hotel. These is no parking with this hotel and they wanted $47 per night for valet parking .
Close to every thing
Perfect location
Upon arrival, on our way to our room we were greeted by Laura! To start off with having someone so kind and willing to give assistance sent us off to the best start. 5 stars and more if I could!
The hotel itself is in a great spot in downtown Knoxville. Easy walk to tons of bars and restaurants and a movie theater and other activities. Check-in was easy. Room is decent, good seating area and good bathroom with zero-entry shower. The pillows are way, way too soft. We decided to head up to the rooftop spot, the Five-Thirty Lounge one night. The views are great and we had a good breeze up there on an otherwise hot day. Not sure if this joint is actually associated with the hotel or not. If not, sorry to put this here. The bartender was great; friendly, helpful. Went out of his way. The waitresses - no. In fact, one was quite rude. Here's the deal - it shouldn't matter where you sit on an open balcony were food is available. If a patron is sitting there, ask if they need something. We waited 30 minutes and finally had to go inside to inquire about food - from the bartender. The waitresses wouldn't serve us...because...we were sitting at a fire pit table and not one of the smaller tables. WHAT? When we finally did get food, the brisket bites and charcuterie was good. But holy cow. This place also has a Starbucks in the lobby.

Laura kept the conference area so nice & clean, Anthony provided fast & friendly valet, and Eden & Adya got our group checked in quickly and early!
We had a spectacular experience for our team retreat! The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming. CJ, Laura, Eden, Anthony, and Adya were so helpful and took great care of us.

Andra, JC (bartender on main floor) the guy that makes the Eddy, Anthony, Laura and the culinary staff were great! This was a welcoming experience. Housekeeping in the room was great as well when I arrived.
