It was clean and nicely decorated . The bed was comfortable
Room not worth the £180 fee.
Very hot no fan or air con. Had to have window open which had a restricted opening. Road was very noisy lots of Lorries all through the night .
Mugs did not fit under coffee machine and lack of plugs.
Smallest shower ever seen ,broken toilet seat.
Very noisy band in bar but it is a pub to be fair and stopped by 10.30 , very noisy people in room above us we were in room 5
Asked how our stay was by reception when we checked out. Receptionist put the onus on us the guests saying we should have asked for a fan if we were hot, it was 11 at night when we needed it and the reception was shut down. They should have know it was hot and needed a fan in there. She just seemed to shrug so not sure why she asked how our stay was. Lesson learned do not stay in a pub pretending to be a hotel. This room fee did not even include breakfast that would have been £240!! Not warranted in my opinion even if it’s in the Cotswolds
Hotel in a lovely location.
Room was beautiful and clean.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly especially Jade from housekeeping.
Great parking round the back.
We liked everything…all positive.
Didn’t have breakfast as £15 for just toast a bit too much so ate out. General food prices a little expensive but quality very good
The stair treads were narrow so your heal caught the stair behind and could do with small bannister on first floor corridor when you go up two steps as the landing tilts one way
Lovely staff and good food. Breakfast was lovely and in with the amazing price too. Me and my husband were very impressed with the service.
Lovely place to stay bar and restaurant very welcoming place to go.
Thank you

Bedroom
£300 for a deluxe room - no hair dryer, ironing board but no iron. Poor lighting in bathroom- no makeup mirror or light. No accessories in bathroom eg. Shower cap etc.
Bedside lights could not be turned off, except at plug behind cabinet. No bin in room for teabags etc. no case rack.
Terrace area dirty and no furniture.
Empty fridge between arm chairs
La atención es excelente, las camas súper cómodas y la comida deliciosa
Todo bárbaro
Convenient location. Acceptable car parking spaces. Nice courtyard area.
Very small room near noisy main road poor breakfast service.
Perfect location in the middle of town
A tad expensive but overall good
The location was excellent. But the greatest factor in our rating is based on the warmth of the staff. Josh, the manager, and Kate, the Jack-of-all-trades, stepped in to provide for all of our needs. Table reservations. Taxi bookings. Tourist suggestions. Dietary restrictions. (Josh even took on the role of chef one day!) Servers Kate and Ollie also brightened our stay at every turn. And the property itself is just lovely. Clean and inviting. So welcoming.
Like many older hotels, there is no air conditioning. Our room was a bit warm.
I loved everything about the property. It was very well equipped, clean and the food was fabulous. Best cooked breakfast.
Only thing I didn’t like was the shower. The room was so comfortable but the shower had no water pressure and needs updating really to match the room. But it didn’t ruin the stay.
Location
Pub/restaurant area was nice aesthetically
Our bedroom - some bits dirty like inside drawers, no cups for tea making, no hairdryer in the room, loose metal floor room divider to the bathroom and exposed screw which we caught ourselves on. TV very sketchy. Room had a funny smell.
I was really happy with my stay at the Redesdale Hotel, lovely room with every comfort supplied. Breakfast choices very good and plenty of choice on dinner menu. Staff friendly and caring.
The location was perfect, and the food was exceptional. The dining room and patio were really lovely. We had a courtyard room, which was huge with a spacious bathroom and a huge walk-in shower. Tea, coffee, water, and fresh milk were all provided.
The bedroom was very warm as the sash windows didn't move, and there was little through ventilation. The towel rail could not be adjusted from its hottest position. The bed wasn't made up on the 2 days we stayed there.
Nice location and the warm hospitality
Room was a bit noisy as their terrace/open bar is too close to the rooms
