Viešbučio gera lokacija, pačiame Cavan centre, viešbutyje yra baras ir restoranas, pusryčiai geri, personalas paslaugus. Viešbutis turi liftą, patogu gyvenant 2-3 aukštuose. Patiko saugos sistema, kad be papildomo kodo nei liftas nevažiuoja nei į gyvenamas patalpas pateksi.
