Pros:

Amazing location, comfortable, clean and well priced rooms. Also right above a pub which was terrific. No noise disturbance to speak of and we stayed on a thursday and Friday night. Will definitely be new place when are in the area.

Cosy, convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location, clean, helpful staff. Able to store luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Cons:

Everything was great. A music from party on roof top bar was quite loud but finished by 11.

very convenient to MSAC
Pros:

Located within a short walking distance of MSAC which is why we were there. Parking was easier than i expected but we were they on a weekend.

Cons:

soundproofing from the outside could have been improved. I understand the area we were staying in but I could hear word for word the passing foot traffic in the lane beside our room.

Ideal place for a quiet, comfy and friendly place to stay for a night or two.
Pros:

Complimentary drink a nice touch, as really liked the atmosphere at the bar. Bar staff were also lovely and chatty. Next time we would stay for a meal here.
The lady who checked us in was also really nice.

Cons:

Rooms a bit small. Decor very plain.

We had travelled to the city for a birthday celebration , this hotel issue spoilt our evening.

We had a bad experience right from the start of our check in. We were allocated to rooms 12 and 15. When we went into room 15, the room had a bad, stale revolting odour, so we went back to speak to the manager in the bar area( that’s where the office is). She basically said they could spray some peppermint spray to get rid of the odour. This was not acceptable to us considering they advertise it as a luxury hotel. The smell was very stale and revolting to say the least. She did not bother to say she will look into this and find the source of the smell but, quickly said they will spray . We asked for a different room and the only ones they said they had were the ones for the disabled.
We left the property to go for our meal in the CBD and came back to room 15 which at this point , smelt better. The rooms though meant to be clean, were dusty and not pleasant to sleep in. Dust on the headboard which l had to clean using one of their towels.
The card that is inserted for the lights , was a PTV card which confirmed to us that this place was not up to standard.
The TV remote controls were so filthy and gross , we just did not use them.
This place was a disappointment and the staff especially the bar tender ( with pigtails) was quite rude when speaking to us.
