Gut gelegenes Hotel mit schlechtem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

gute Lage in der Stadtmitte und ein gutes Frühstück

Cons:

wir fanden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlecht. Das Zimmer, dass wir buchten hatte den Namen Studio und kostete 180 Fr. Bei einem Studio gehe ich automatisch davon aus, dass es eine Kaffeemaschine hat, in den Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und mindestens eine Kochplatte. Das alles gab es nicht. es gab nicht mal Gläser oder einen Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon, weshalb dort überall auf dem Boden Kippen, lagen.

Das Zimmer war insgesamt nicht ästhetisch eingerichtet, eher wie ein bunt zusammengewürfelte Möbelmix aus dem Brocki. Fazit: für 100 Fr. wäre das Zimmer o. k. gewesen aber nicht für 180.

Einfaches Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ich war auf einer mehrtägigen Wanderung und kam so nach Willisau ins Hotel Mohren. Alles war in Ordnung. Nicht überragend, aber gut. Wenn ich am Wandern bin, reicht ein einfaches Hotel absolut aus. Die Lage ist echt gut. Nur ein paar Meter zu Fuss und man befindet sich direkt in der schönen Altstadt

Ordentliches Frühstück, nette Bedienung

Cons:

Mir hat ein Müesli oder Joghurt gefehlt.
Den Überzug beim Duvet musste ich selber fertig überziehen. Ein Teil vom Duvet (40 cm) schaute aus der Überzug heraus

The food in the restaurant was very good, but the breakfast was poor, the same every day and only slices of cold meat and cheese were separated.

Cons:

Contact with the hotel staff when I requested an invoice. I received information that if the manager arrives, we will send it by email. After leaving the information for four days, there was no contact. I repeated the request by email and on Booking. No response. I was physically at the hotel and received a response to send an email despite another email with the company details. I added an invoice in my name after another email requesting a change. No response for 4 days.

Zimmer 23 nicht buchen!!
Pros:

die Lage war für einen 6m Bus in Ordnung, das Essen war super und das Personal sehr freundlich!

Cons:

bei der Duschkabine fehlte eine Tür, Lüftung funktionierte nicht, Türe zum Zimmer liess sicht nicht absperren, Wasserhahn verkalkt, Fernseher nur ein sender, Zimmer zu heiss, zu laut wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist.

Zentrale Übernachtung zu überhöhtem Preis
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, sauberes Zimmer, gemütliche Gaststube. Abgeschlossene Garage, Lademöglichkeit für e-bikes.

Cons:

Essen war schlecht (Spaghetti Bolognese, anstatt Nüsslisalat mit Speck und Ei wurde lampiger Kopfsalat serviert). Frühstücksteller lieblos direkt aus dem Kühlschrank serviert, kein Brot, nur Gipfel und Weggli, keine Früchte.
Schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
