The shower didn’t work only a hand held one.
The spa showers didn’t work which is bizarre
The salt room in spa wasn’t heated
Incomplete Spa facilities .

Temperamental staff/ chasing you round the dinning area to lay for dinner? Telling you not to take an apple outside the dinning area? They could have been a bit more patient and describe.

Great value stay for a short break
Pros:

Good location to get onto the front for walks along the promenade . We had a very comfortable one night stay and enjoyed the excellent breakfast choices provided

Hotel ist super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 1-5 Tagen, Frühstück war gut aber eher regional als international. Mir haben Brötchen gefehlt nach ein paar Tagen. Zimmer sind groß und die Dame an der Rezeption ist besonders freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist gut aber könnte besser sein.

The breakfast was ok.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel because we were specifically looking for a place with a SPA. However, during check‑in we were informed that the SPA was not included and that it cost 90 euros for one hour of Jacuzzi. This is very overpriced compared to other nearby hotels where the SPA is included in the room rate.
We tried to discuss the situation with the manager, but she did not even apologize for the misunderstanding. While we were talking to her, another guest complained about the exact same issue.
A more understanding attitude from the manager would have helped us deal with the frustration caused.
