Die Lage des Hotels ist top und das Personal insgesamt freundlich. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gut ausgestattet und auch das Essen (Frühstück und Mittagessen im Restaurant) war vielseitig und gut.

Cons:

Auf dem Balkon war sehr viel Vogelkot, der offensichtlich nicht regelmässig entfernt wurde. Zudem waren auf dem Balkon beide vorhandenen Steckdosenabdeckungen herausgerissen. Auch die vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellten Kaffeekapseln waren nicht ideal für das vorhandene Nespresso-Kapselsystem und funktionierten entsprechend nicht optimal. Der Service im Restaurant könnte ebenfalls aufmerksamer sein. Ein schnelleres Abräumen nicht mehr benötigten Geschirrs sowie eine aktivere Nachfrage nach den Getränkewünschen der Gäste würden den Service deutlich verbessern.

Un séjour parfait ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé, très propre et extrêmement bien entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider.
La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse et très bien équipée, avec tout le confort nécessaire.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent, et le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié, avec de délicieuses spécialités locales qui permettent de découvrir la cuisine du pays.
Tout était magnifique du début à la fin. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Buena elección, pero pueden mejorar el control del spa.

La ubicación, el trato del personal, la habitación y el desayuno.

Cons:

No es aceptable que en un hotel de 5 estrellas en el spa haya me ores de edad dando gritos y tirándose a la piscina sin respetar a nadie. Un spa es un sitio de relax y debería prohibirse la entrada de niños o que hubiera una persona vigilando que no gritaran o molestaran.
