Hôtel agréable au cœur dé Livingstone
Pros:

Accueil exceptionnel, l’hôtel a un charme vieillot mais il est très agréable d’y séjourner , situé au cœur dé Livingstone, le personnel fait tout pour vous rendre le séjour agréable . Belle piscine .Bon petit déjeuner .

A wonderful and comfortable stay with fantastic staff and great amenities.
Pros:

Everything about the stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, and the breakfast and dinner options were both delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were especially amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even better.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike during my stay. If I had to mention something, the Wi-Fi could have been a little faster at times, and the check-in area got slightly busy during peak hours. Other than that, everything went very smoothly.

An excellent stay with lovely staff, comfortable rooms, and great food.
Pros:

I had a really great experience overall. The room was very comfortable and well-kept, and both the breakfast and dinner were fresh and enjoyable with good choices available. The staff truly stood out because they were kind, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Cons:

There were very few negatives during my visit. At times the internet connection was a bit slow, and the reception area could get crowded during busy periods. Aside from that, everything else met my expectations very well.

Pleasant experience
Pros:

This was my third stay, and once again it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. The biggest strength of the hotel is definitely the extremely friendly and attentive staff, always ready to help. The Wi-Fi worked well overall, although it occasionally disconnected.

Cons:

The only negative point was the mattress — I woke up every morning with terrible back pain.

Pros:

It was convenient because it was in Centre town.

Cons:

The bed mattresses were sinking and it was not comfortable for us when sleeping, cockroaches running around the room , breakfast food was too oily and just the same food everyday for the 7 nights i have stayed over.

New Fairmount Hotel and Casino - very good location to start visiting the Victoria Falls
Pros:

The New Fairmount is located in the center of Livingston and its vicinity to the Victoria Falls; they are easily to be reached by a 10/15 minutes taxi drive if one would like to explore the Falls individually.
The staff is very friendly and supportive, the hotel is a clean place, and the breakfast is a very good one.
Also, Fairmount's location is perfect to explore the town of Livingston withe its shopping facilities and other places to visit, e.g. the Livingston Museum, and the Jewish and Railway Museums are close by.

Cons:

The hotel needs an update, e.g. new furniture and some fresh color to the walls.

Simply outstanding
Pros:

Great staff, super spacious and comfy room (we got a free upgrade), swimming pool and great location right in the city center. You will feel like Mr. Livingstone or Mr. Holub. :) There is a nice market with a lot of hand crafts and souvenirs just a few meters from the hotel. Good breakfast!
