Pros:

The staff were incredible. They were so friendly, enjoyed a good chat with you and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
There was also complimentary pick up and drop off from the airport, which is a lovely touch.

Cons:

The room was quite dirty and most things needed replacing. I wore white socks and they were incredibly dirty after walking on the bedroom floor. There was also no hot water to shower in. The bed also had quite a bad dip in the middle, and it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on.
