Lovely lovely staff and good spacious and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Location is lovely.
We were given a room upgrade by the wonderful staff.
Breakfast was good.
Staff are so lovely

Pick up and drop were excellent from the airport!!!

Our stay in 🇿🇲 Zambia
Pros:

The room anesthetics are supperb, the staff are very friendly right from the security at the gate, the receptionist Mwiche welcomed us with very warm hands, assisted us with reservation of the dinner boat cruise 🚢. The kitchen staff was excellent. The hotel is very easy to locate.

Cons:

Just a little disappointment, the swimming pool is undermaintenance, the hotel has alternatives available at an additional cost, but worth it.

Pros:

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We found everything about the hotel excellent. The front‑desk staff in particular were incredibly thoughtful. They provided us with a complimentary airport pick‑up service and also assisted us with our travel arrangements to Botswana. We really enjoyed our one night stay here.

Pros:

Ältestes Hotel in Livingstone. Dabei könnte es gut eine Renovierung vertragen. Dennoch die Zimmer sauber und angenehm. Aufgrund der Lage im Kern von Livingstone nicht zu überbieten.

Cons:

Die Speisen im Restaurant. Frühstück mit Schwerpunkt Proteine, wenig wertvolle Bestandteile wie Früchte oder Getreideprodukte.

Wonderful stay, outstanding service. Simply the best
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff especially Allan who was outstanding and went above and beyond. He is truly one of the best team members & such an asset to the hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, great service and convenient shuttle to the border. One of the best hotels in Livingstone highly recommended it

Convenient location, well priced
Pros:

It was very close to the market, literally 1 minute from the door. We used it as a final destination for our return flight to Cape Town from Victoria Falls airport. Some of the staff, including the manager, were very friendly and welcoming. The price was very reasonable.

Cons:

We had a bit of a disaster with mosquitoes. We saw several mosquitoes flying about our room. Because there were no nets, we asked for our room to be sprayed; however,a really heavy-duty toxin was used, after which we couldn't sleep in the room. Thankfully we managed to get a new room. The breakfast is just average, nothing too bad though; you get what you pay for.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay
Pros:

Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir zuerst eine Schreck bekommen. Direkt an der Hauptstraße riesiger Verkehr. Aber die Zimmer legen nach hinten raus, so dass wir den Verkehr nicht gehört haben. Der Empfang war herzlich das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück, welches im Preis inkludiert war, ist ausreichend und gut auch wenn die Wege zu den einzelnen Stationen sehr unüberschaubar und weit waren.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr zu wünschen übrig. Seifenablage abgenickt die Halterung für den Brauseschlauch gebrochen und der Seidenspender rundherum am rosten. Das macht alles in allem einen unschönen Eindruck.
Gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Es müsste auch die Außenanlage und die Sitzplätze gereinigt werden. In der Zeit, in der wir dort waren, lagen Bananenschalen und Tomatenreste unter den Stühlen im Außenbereich.
