MPM Hotel Orel - Ultra All Inclusive

Chambermaids - on our last day they came in the room at 8am and woke us even before our alarm for breakfast! Then, when we were leaving the hotel one of them yelled at me cause it was 10:40 and we were still in the room (LEAVING IS AT 11!). And we couldn’t be faster cause we waited elevators for 15 mins cause everyone was leaving… We left the room at 10:55am and she was looking at us like she wants to kill us but she didn’t yell when my boyfriend was there! I told this to the receptionist but she didn’t care AT ALL AND SHOWED IT!!! Also, the first day we waited nearly hour to be checked into the hotel cause there is only one reception and don't expect your room to be ready any minute earlier.
Food was really bad and repetitive. Breakfast was fine but lunch and dinner were awful - usually meals that left from the breakfast were again on lunch and meals from lunch - on dinner (and by dinner they were already awful). We even had to eat at restaurant outside.

The food selection was quite limited. Maybe this was because we visited during the off-season, but in my opinion, the hotel should maintain the same food quality and variety throughout the year, regardless of the season.

The food was pretty much the same every day, with French fries and various other potato dishes being the main options. There was no seafood at all, apart from fish.

Most of the desserts were good, but there were some round cakes with something red on top that tasted so bad we genuinely felt like we were going to throw up.

The rooms were small, and the hotel doesn’t seem to offer proper twin rooms with separate single beds. Most rooms have king-size beds. Since we were two guys travelling together, we specifically requested separate beds. However, the only option we were offered was essentially a king-size bed with two separate mattresses, placed no more than 10 cm apart.

The snack bar served the exact same three things every single day: French fries, cordon bleu or breaded cheese, and pizza. The quality was mediocre at best.

The beer was okay, nothing special. The cappuccino was decent, the white wine was good, and the Sex on the Beach cocktail was enjoyable. Unfortunately, we didn’t like the other drinks we tried.

Considering the price we paid (approximately €400), the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

The bathroom was ridiculously small. The toilet, shower, and sink were all crammed into such a tiny space that it practically felt like you were showering, using the toilet, and brushing your teeth in the same spot.

One more thing worth mentioning: if you arrive earlier and want to check in before the standard check-in time, you’ll have to pay an additional fee, which can be quite expensive. The earliest check-in option we were offered would have cost an extra 350 RON.

Храната не ми хареса.

Mała stołówka i nic nie jest przyządzane na widoku. Zamiast tego kawę i napoję podaję barman. Brak samo obsługi. Potrawy trochę chłodne i nie koniecznie duży wybór, ale to chyba z winy braku miejsca. Wygląda to jak by to był caterin. Przy wymeldowaniu Pani z recepcji dzwoniła w celu sprawdzenia pokoju. Niby dlatego, aby sprawdzić czy nic nie zostawiliśmy, ale to była ściema i nie wyglądało to dobrze. W barze w lobby plastikowe kupki, pewnie dlatego, aby ludzie nie wychodzili na basen, ale w lobby w plastiku to wiocha i pierwszy raz z tym się spotkałem. Woda w basenie bardzo zimna. Oceniam ten hotel na przeciętny, znośny, ale bez chęci powrotu. Do poprawy przede wszyskim jedzenie, większy wybór dla wege,
woda w basenie do podgrzania i sposób podawania napojów w lobby.

A tengerre nyíló hátsó kijárást későn nyitották és korán zárták. A bérelt autóhoz a parkolásért fizetni kellett. Nem volt telt ház még sem lehetett 14 óra előtt bejelentkezni, kizárólag fizetéssel.
