La disponibilité et la sollicitude du personnel
le restaurant a fermé très tôt le samedi 22 août 2026, seul jour où je pouvais en profiter...!
Nossa estadia foi excelente! Tivemos a sorte de sermos alocados num dos quartos do anexo, em frente a um jardim (não sei como eram os quartos do prédio, mas adoramos o ar do local que ficamos, pois parecia mais reservado e silencioso). Chegamos de manhã cedo e deixamos nossas malas na recepção para passear até a hora do check-in. O hotel estava sem energia, não sendo possível localizar nossa reserva no sistema quando retornamos para o check-in às 13h, porém, isso não impediu que a recepcionista nos acomodasse num quarto, o que possibilitou tomarmos um banho, pois o aquecimento era a gás, e quando retornamos para o hotel às 17h, a situação já estava normalizada. O café da manhã era excelente, com frutas frescas e ovos fritos na hora de acordo com nossa preferência. Localização perfeita, bem perto da Plaza de Armas. Tem rooftop onde é possível relaxar e ver os vulcões. O quarto era novo/reformado, bem amplo, com móveis e iluminação moderna, bastante funcional. O pé direito do quarto é bem alto, com claraboia e construção em pedra sillar, com um ar muito aconchegante.
Falta suporte para pendurar toalhas.
La struttura era molto carina, la mia camera era molto spaziosa e ho davvero apprezzato la doccia calda.
Purtroppo la stanza è un po’ fredda, ma la mancanza di riscaldamento è comune in queste zone
