It was close to the night market, city center, airport and malls. The wifi connevtion was above average.
The facilities were a bit old and outdated.
We loved our stay at Lavender Riverside Hotel. The front desk team especially Li Mi and Bao made us feel welcome from the moment of our arrival. Provided us with info on where to eat or visit. Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. We loved the breakfast buffet with many choices. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The staff especially the receptionists are polite, accommodating and kind. We had a very nice time spending our accommodation here. Our room on the 7th floor has a very nice view of the river and city.
I hope they have Netflix or other TV platforms that we could enjoy at night from all our day trips.

Extremely friendly staff! The room was clean and spacious. Quiet enough for such a big hotel.
A bit far from the beach but very convenient to catch a plane
The staff were friendly and helpful...that's really it.
Breakfast room was not as shown in the web images. No Western or Vegan options other than bread and omelette. No rooftop bar. Badly maintained and decorated throughout..My room had holes in the ceiling from old extractor fans and light fittings. Moldy bathroom window ledge, shower curtain and tiles.
This is only worth a 2 star rating and the description and images must be updated.
