Pros:

The staff especially the receptionists are polite, accommodating and kind. We had a very nice time spending our accommodation here. Our room on the 7th floor has a very nice view of the river and city.

Cons:

I hope they have Netflix or other TV platforms that we could enjoy at night from all our day trips.

Mediocre and very run down

The staff were friendly and helpful...that's really it.

Cons:

Breakfast room was not as shown in the web images. No Western or Vegan options other than bread and omelette. No rooftop bar. Badly maintained and decorated throughout..My room had holes in the ceiling from old extractor fans and light fittings. Moldy bathroom window ledge, shower curtain and tiles.
This is only worth a 2 star rating and the description and images must be updated.

Pros:

Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji, blizu Zmajev most i lijepo šetalište uz rijeku. 3 km od aerodroma i oko 3 do obale. Doručak raznovrstan.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they assisted us smoothly during checkout and even guided us to great local shopping spots, which made our trip much easier. The rooms were neat, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Tiene parking gratuito si vas con moto.

Cons:

Estaba sucia. La bañera sucia y con pelos, la cama con manchas y con pelos también.
Se oye el ruido de las motos y los coches, y eso que estábamos en la planta 9.
El desayuno no es muy variado, para orientales es genial pero no tienen mucho para europeos.
La ubicación no es de las mejores, estás alejado de todo pero no es una zona tranquila tampoco.
