Pros:

料金と清潔さ、受付のスムーズさ

Cons:

タバコの匂い（喫煙室しか空いてなかったので仕方ない点ですが）、空気清浄機の貸し出しがあるとありがたいです

房間雖然小，但一個人住也還可以，衛浴設備也滿棒的。
Pros:

位在本町通，一樓就有吉野家。本町通後面有鈴木海鮮、Lopia超市(只能付現)、六樓有大創，不過比較熱鬧的還是在新潟車站附近。一樓有梳洗用具、茶包可以拿，還有咖啡機，十樓有投幣式洗衣機、烘衣機。

Cons:

每日早上10點就會開始做清潔，所以退房要求也是要在10點前退房，有點早。

お世話になりました。
Pros:

安く泊まれて、スタッフさんも優しかった。近くにたくさんお店があって便利。

Cons:

駐車場がなくて少し歩く必要がある。ベッドと枕が固くて、次の日こどもたちが痛がっていた。

街中のため、買い物や食べるところには困りません。
