The power kept turning off every 30 minutes
It's very beautiful hotel with an amazing pool, views around, and an amazing staff members. There were a lot of restaurants and shops walking distance from the hotel.
Staff members especially Min, Lin, and Nicky went out of their way to help my family multiple times. Thanks to those who were always there to help.
The hotel rooms were nice and clean. The view from the balcony were an amazing.

A really great place to have a comfortable vacation in a great location to town and beaches. The pools are lovely especially the roof top pool with the magnificent view. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help us. I loved that they acknowledged my birthday which was totally unexpected too. They even checked on my daughter when she was unwell. We appreciated their kind hospitality!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this property during our trip to Krabi. The hotel is beautiful, with a great atmosphere, excellent service, and a very friendly and welcoming staff.
A special thanks to Ms. Chabay Ta, who kindly helped us with an early check-in without us even requesting it. Her hospitality made our stay even more comfortable.
The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to Reeve Beach Club, which was a great convenience. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including Indian dishes, which we really appreciated.
One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location. Everything is within walking distance—Starbucks, McDonald’s, Subway, and a 7-Eleven are right in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient for travelers.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Krabi. We would be happy to stay here again!

Pool and foods
Too many mosquitoes, can’t get in the room without asking the staff to bring the bug spray at night and they took like 10 minutes to show up
It was my favourite place in the whole time I spent in Thailand. Friendly and happy staff, cleanliness, housekeeping were fabulous, many option for breakfast. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both amazing. I’d highly recommend Panan.

I had the best stay here!!! From start to finish it was the best service! The staff were friendly and attentive, I spent most my days around the pool and the service just made it so much more enjoyable; towels on hand, fast drinks service, food was amazing, music was great! And everyone was so friendly. The breakfast had so much to chose from! Also wanted to specifically mention Nicky, she was an absolute delight to see in the morning, always made an effort to say hello while providing great service to everyone she’s amazing! The quality of the staff really help make your stay 10 out of 10. The rooms were clean and so comfortable and the balcony was perfect at any time of the day especially with the big chairs to relax on! The location was right next to the beach about a 5 minute walk but far enough to have a peaceful sleep. This hotel is so affordable for the level of luxury you get, I’d stay again any day. Last thing, I recommend the strawberry macarons at the lobby cafe they’re incredible!! Thank you again Panan
