Not good
Pros:

Bad experience. Indian buffet in breakfast is for name only. Nothing on the Menu except yellow dal and rajmah. Pool activities shown in the resort all are paid extra. Not preferable for Indian those prefer Veg food only.

Pros:

The location and the view.

Cons:

There were repair works in the neighboring rooms, which caused discomfort. The air conditioner in the room makes disturbing noises when turned on and off. The resort requires more maintenance, care, and attention.

Great to be back at Krabi
Pros:

The location is good as it’s only 5 minutes to Ao Nang beach.

Hotel is clean and well maintained.

It also has a gym and kids club. Great for families with young children.

Schöne Ruhige und Zentrale Lage mit überragend freundlich und nettem Personal.

Ein traumhaftes Hotel,
es gibt einen schönen großen Pool außen und einen etwas Kleineren auf dem Dach. Beide haben eine gute Bar und einen sehr schönen Außenbereich.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind aber die Mitarbeiter. ALLE sind super freundlich und haben immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Sie wissen wie man den Kunden glücklich macht.
Die Zimmer haben eine sehr angenehme Größe und sind mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.
Das Frühstück hat eine sehr gute Auswahl und mit der Eier und Suppenstation bleibt kaum ein Wunsch offen. Die Wurstauswahl könnte eventuell etwas mehr sein aber das wäre auch der einzige ganz kleine Kritikpunkt.
Die Lage ist sehr Zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Es ist nahezu alles gut zu fuß zu erreichen. Bis zum Strand sind es ca 10min aber das ist OK.

Cons:

Ich hatte wirklich keinen Punkt der nicht gut war. Eventuell ein zwei Wurstsorten zum Frühstück mehr für meinen Geschmack. Aber im allgemeinem wird dort ja auch kaum Wurst gegessen daher war auch dies OK

I booked this hotel based on positive reviews and locations We checked into the hotel and on arriving to our room we were met with an intense musty/damp smell. The bed sheets felt damp. I haveWe immediately left the next day as could not stay at this hotel. I have seen there has been many similar reviews on Google and I wish I had saw these prior to my booking. Management please address this as this was not acceptable. Also to note that the rooms are not sound proofed and you could hear a lot of noise from outside. The pool didn’t look very clean with lots of leafs etc. wouldn’t recommend. Staff were OK but we received much better service and friendliness elsewhere during our trip to Thailand.

Nice to be back in Krabi
Pros:

It’s nice to be back at Krabi after 13 years and I’m glad I’ve chosen Panan for my family this time round. We love the private whirlpool that comes with our room.

The hotel is located around 5-10 mins walk down to Ao Nang beach and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to go to along the stretch.

There are 7-eleven and Watson just opposite the main road out of the hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay thanks to Panan.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Was a really pleasant experience, good buffet , lovely pool, nice room and friendly staff. The hotel in general is super accommodating with many things to do such as Pilates/ yoga classes, due to the rain they even had indoor painting classes etc. Location was nice and central, not too far from beach and surrounded by many stores of all kinds.
