The swimming pool and breakfast.
The first room we stayed in had a humidity level of around 90% and smelled strongly of mold. We were offered an alternative room in another building, but unfortunately, we experienced exactly the same problem there.
Some members of the staff were friendly, but the reception staff could improve a thousandfold. They often don’t even greet guests and seem more focused on themselves than on providing good customer service.
The hotel’s laundry service is also ridiculously expensive. You can get your laundry done for less than half the price at a laundry service just around the corner.
There were also people smoking weed on their balconies in several areas of the resort. This is simply unacceptable, especially with children staying at the resort

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Panan Krabi Resort, and while the pools, breakfast buffet, and location near Ao Nang Beach are all fantastic, it was the staff who completely stole our hearts.
From the moment we checked in, every single person we encountered greeted us with a genuine, welcoming smile. They go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest rather than just a room number. A special shout-out to team members like Tar, who shared great local advice and suggestions, and Sun, who made our island-hopping tour smooth and memorable.
Whether it was quick service by the swim-up pool bar, helpful tips at the desk, or attentive care during breakfast, the team’s warmth and helpfulness turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one. If you are visiting Ao Nang, stay here—the hospitality alone is worth coming back for!

Security seemed porous. Only one elevator
Good location.
The rooms were humid it was like it was wet. The bed felt very damp, not sure if it’s because it’s near a beach? My clothes felt damp too. We asked for a dehumidifier and it was a little better but we felt very sticky and gross.
We had a lovely stay! The rooms are very nice and it was great to have a pool. The location is great and walking distance to basically everything you could want to do.
