המלון ממש חמוד ומתאים ממש למשפחות עם ילדים קטנים. הוא נמצא במיקום מעולה, הייתה לנו בריכה פרטית במחיר ממש סביר. הצוות היה סופר חמוד. יש בריכה מרכזית, בריכה שמתאימה לילדים ובריכה עם נוף שיצא לצוק עם בר צמוד שמאוד אהבנו.

Cons:

מבחינה תפעולית היה מקום לשיפור - גם מבחינת ההחלפה של הציוד בחדר, וגם מהבחינה שמצאתי את עצמי מחכה שיתפנה שולחן פנוי בארוחת בוקר כי כל השולחנות היו תפוסים. חשוב לציין שהיינו בשיא העונה בקריסמס ואולי בשאר השנה זה אחרת.

Amazing, stunning views, great location
Pros:

Very big and spacious room, lots of stuff to do at the resort with the three swimming pools, good location not too far from the beach, rooms are immaculate, . Food was amazing, wish we had longer.

El complejo es bastante grande.

Cons:

El trato de algunos empleados. El hotel necesita renovación urgente. El olor a humedad en las habitaciones es insoportable, se sentía como amoniaco directamente. Y difícil de quitar ya que al abrir las ventanas entran 45 grados y 100% de humedad. Es un ejemplo de lo poco mantenido e invertido en el hotel. Yo probaría con otro sitio. El desayuno mucha cantidad y variedad y baja calidad de todo. Las empleadas de sección de postres llevada por Nicky son lo mas amable del hotel.

Excellent with thoughtful staff
Pros:

It's the small details that make this hotel high class. We booked a tour and through the hotel, which was excellent. They came asked us for feed back for the tour too. It was my sisters birthday and they were able to put flowers and a cake in her room as a surprise. Very thoughtful hotel.

Amazing views , food and super easy to use as tourists !! We loved looking at the cliff from our balcony.
Pros:

Convenient and comfortable . Great views. Amazing breakfast , this place is super easy for tourists. The hotel is designed so it looks nice . The pool rooftop is great too. It was also not too busy . The food was also very good and beautifully presented . The staff were helpful and friendly . The spa experience was excellent. The app and communication with reception was seamless.

Cons:

There was cockroaches flying at us on the balcony if we went there after dark. Someone else (another guest staying there) also smoked weed on a balcony and it smelt very strong in the whole corridor but not in the room. I did also get sick while I was here but that is not the hotels fault necessarily. I’m not sure if it was from mocktails I had on the rooftop pool bar or from food that I had outside the hotel.

The hotel location was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the rooftop pool was really الجميلة. The food was tasty, the prices were reasonable, and everything was very clean. Honestly, everything about the stay was excellent and we really enjoyed our time there

Cons:

The things that could definitely be improved were the sewage smell around some areas, especially near the kids’ pools — there was sometimes an unpleasant drain/sewer odor. Also, there weren’t enough trash bins distributed around the property.

The biggest issue for me personally was the water pressure. It was extremely weak, and honestly I really didn’t like it at all. These are the main things I think the hotel could improve
