Pros:

Hotel praticamente nuovo, camera grande e comoda. Bella la piscina.
Come posizione si trova in una zona collinare molto in alto rispetto alla città vecchia, quindi il ritorno prevede un bel po’ di salita. (O una breve corsa in taxi dal centro città)

Sie waren sehr nett an der Rezeption, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und das sogar im Ausland! Ich selbst arbeite in einem Hotel und weiß daher, wie wichtig ein solcher Service ist. Vielen Dank für die herzliche und professionelle Betreuung!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück könnte man allerdings noch einiges verbessern. Die Auswahl und Qualität waren leider nicht ganz so gut. Ich hoffe, dass Sie das in Zukunft noch ändern können, denn alles andere war wirklich sehr gut.

Prachtig hotel met een geweldig uitzicht en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Heel mooi hotel! De kamers waren schoon, de bedden lagen heerlijk en onze kamer had een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Het ontbijt was ook goed en het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vooral de dames bij de receptie.

Bedankt voor het fijne en aangename verblijf! We hebben ervan genoten.

L’accueil chaleureux des membres de l’établissement, le petit déjeuné étais super bon !! Tout étais super hormis que j’avais pas vu que c’etais en peu loin de la petite plage mais si
Vous allez en voiture c’est top car les taxis sont en peu cher . Merci pour l’accueil et l’accompagnement du début à la fin à l’hôtel et à ses hôtes

Great service in Ulcinj
Pros:

A relatively new hotel in Ulcinj. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was nicely furnished and modern, as was the bathroom. The hotel has both an indoor and an outdoor pool, with the outdoor pool located on the rooftop and offering excellent views of Ulcinj and the surrounding area. Free parking is also available in the garage, and the breakfast was solid.

Cons:

Even though there were three of us, the room was prepared for only two guests, and we had to make up the third bed ourselves. A little more attention could perhaps be given to cleanliness, both in the room itself and in the common areas and around the pool.

Very nice and modern
Pros:

We liked everything, the rooms were big, clean and modern. The balcony was also very big, in the kitchen was everything we needed. The inside pool was great when the weather was not so great, also the one on the top of the building was great with a nice view. We liked everything and will come back again.

They were a complete scam of a hotel, to put it plainly. We paid for two bedrooms with two beds, but instead we were given a dirty room with a broken door. On top of that, there was constant noise throughout the entire night. ❗️
