Please search for a better stay to be able to love this city .
Pros:

Location is close to galata , but not suitable for people with any knee issues. Going up and down to metro station or any transportation is 10 minutes of pure hell .

Cons:

AC was distinction most of the time . And telephone is not working, they didn’t even reply on mobile or WhatsApp whenever there is any issue .and the night shift guy was so rude . I found cockroach twice room was not clean and there is a mold . Bed cover and duvet was very small to the bed size for 2 persons.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour plutôt agréable à Istanbul. Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant et disponible.

Le premier jour, nous avons malheureusement été déçus, car la chambre qui nous a été donnée n’était pas celle que nous avions réservée et elle ne correspondait pas à nos attentes.

Heureusement, Mohamed a été vraiment exceptionnel. Il a pris le temps d’écouter notre problème et a fait le nécessaire pour nous changer de chambre rapidement. Grâce à son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, notre séjour s’est beaucoup mieux passé. Nous tenons vraiment à le remercier, car il a fait la différence.

Nous souhaitons également remercier les deux frères jumeaux qui travaillent à l’hôtel. Ils ont été adorables avec nous, toujours souriants, gentils et aux petits soins. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur accueil et leur sympathie.

En revanche, gros point négatif : il n’y avait tout simplement pas de petit-déjeuner, ce qui est dommage et mériterait d’être amélioré.

Malgré le problème rencontré le premier jour et l’absence de petit-déjeuner, nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour, notamment grâce à Mohamed et à son excellent accueil

A nice base for exploring Istanbul
Pros:

Wilson Galata is a great place to explore Istanbul. It’s located a few steps away from the Galata Tower on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and clean with good air cons, beds are comfortable and the shower has good water pressure.
The staff at the reception are nice and welcoming. We visited many times and always liked it.

Camera f spațioasă ar fi prima chestie ce mi a plăcut,apoi strada liniștită cu toate că e foarte aproape de turnul Galata 200 m sa zic deci se poate dormii foarte bine,are lift alt plus.deci merită cazarea raport preț bun

Singura chestie care nu mi a plăcut a fost că deși l am anunțat pe tipul de la recepție că doresc schimbarea prosoapelor dimineață când am plecat în oraș acestea nu au fost schimbate..seara am anunțat din nou că as dorii alte prosoape pt că erau ude care le aveam a zis ok și tot nimic,probabil comunicarea dintre cele de la recepție și cine face curat e mai greoaie... recomand să puneți la ușă că vreți să vă facă curat este o chestie din aia din hârtie și așa probabil sigur nu ce ți întâmpină vreo problema

Pros:

Located very close to the galata tower so very heppening throughout the day. Easy access to public transport so very easy to travel to tourist attractions and bosphorus cruise is nearby as well. Staff is also helpful. Overall great value for money
