It's okay but not the best
Pros:

The hotel was close to Galata tower. It was also clean and had working AC in the rooms. The breakfast got delivered on time and we have enjoyed the coffee from the downstairs coffee shop.

Cons:

The wifi was hardly working on the 2nd floor. The TV also did not work for the streaming services as the wifi wasn't great. The reception is very small and you have to order breakfast from 9.00 onwards which is a bit late if you try to leave early.

Pros:

Le réceptionniste qui y travaille été très froid , pas accueillant je ne retournerais pas dans cet établissement . Aucune accueil vraiment il y a tellement d’hôtel autour je ne vous conseil pas celui là .

Cons:

Le personel de l’accueil vraiment pas sympa , c’était très désagréable vraiment n’aller pas ici je vous le déconseille fortement . L’emplacement était tout en haut d’une pente hyper compliqué plus beaucoup de bruit le soir .

Cons:

В номере жили по 2 человека, после уборки всегда оставляли только 1 полотенце и второй всегда надо было выпрашивать. В последние 2 дня не ставили воду. Кондиционер в холодном режиме не работал. В первый день был грубый человек на ресепшене.

Bien placé, à côté de la tour galata . Beaucoup d'animations, magasins et restaurants pour tout les goûts.

Cons:

L'isolation de l'hôtel, on entend les bruits à l'extérieur.

Die Lage ist zwar top aber die Bilder sind nicht aktuell. Der Zustand vom Zimmer ist miserabel. Das Personal ist jedoch

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war nicht in dem Zustand wie sie auf den Bildern ersichtlich ist. Teils verrostet bzw beschädigt. Es waren auch Schimmelflecken sowohl im Bad als auch im Zimmer. Die Dichtung der Tür zum Gang hat auch gefehlt man hat sozusagen alles was im Gang passiert ist gehört.
