Cons:

Huoneet pieniä ja sopivat vain 1-2 yön majoitukseen.
Tv-kanavat eivät näkyneet.
Kaukosäätimellä pystyi ohjaamaan myös naapuri huoneen televisiota.
Kylpylässä ei todellisuudessa ole kuin poreamme toiminnassa ja tämä on näin ollut pitkään ja silti he sitä mainostavat.
Aamupalalla sait joskus mitä sattuu riippumatta mitä tilasit.
Heidän suuri ylpeyden aihe ja erittäin kallis finedining ei vastannut odotuksia vaikkakin ihan hyvä yritys ja kyllä annoksiin oli myös vaivaa nähty, mutta ei pääse minun TOP 50 listalle. Näissä elämyksistä pitää olla jokin WAU efekti.
Lukuisia pieniä asioita jotka viestivät johdon ylimielisesti asenteesta asiakkaitaan kohtaan.
Ympärille on avautumassa huippuluokan kansainvälisiä hotelli ketjuja joiden konseptien kanssa tulee vaikeuksia ellei johto herää korjaamaan hotellin epäkohtia.

Location, beautiful bed and room, roof top terrace & restaurant.

Cons:

Checked the menu on the hotel website while on a 7 hr bus trip. Arrived at the hotel. Safe didn't work, I couldn't reach the towels, tv didn't work and went up to the restaurant and snack menu on the website wasn't available. Not a good start!! TV didn't work most of my 3 night stay which meant I had multiple staff in my room continuously. I was offered a 10% discount for my stay. I was offered a lovely platter and glass of prosecco the first night to apologize for the inconvenience.

Luxurious stay for very reasonable price
Pros:

Amazing hotel! The staff were super friendly, very accommodating and hospitable. The location is great! Easy for getting the bus to and from the airport. The hotel itself is luxurious! The bed is very comfortable.
The restaurant and rooftop are very chic, modern and great choice of food.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

This hotel is a gem. You wouldn’t know from unassuming outside appearance but the inside decor is exceptional in the common areas and the bedroom. The restaurant is likewise beautiful and breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, central to main tourist area. The jacuzzi and sauna, that you reserve for a private hour, is very nice and a great way to relax and settle in from jet lag and sight seeing.
