Pros:

Отношения сотрудников отеля начиная от ресепшен до обслуживающего персонала. Все очень вежливые, добрые, улыбчивые. Завтрак очень хороший, шведский стол для данной категории отеля. Рекомендую всем данный отель, особенно тем кто приезжает за американской визой. До посольства 5-7 минут ходьбы.

Clean but very noisy
Pros:

Clean. I enjoyed breakfast, very homey. The location is very close to US embassy

Cons:

Very noisy! Very thin walls. Almost every night there was a banquet at the restaurant on the first floor, it was so loud I was losing my mind because I couldn’t sleep, it started at 6 pm and finished at around 1 am.

Удобное месторасположение

Cons:

В здании где находится отель,расположен банкетный зал. Ежедневно ,примерно до часа ночи,мы слушали веселые песни и крики под окнами. В переселении нам отказали. В номере нет холодильника. Завтраки посредственные,в столовой очень мало посадочных мест.

Pros:

Местоположение, удаленность от центра отличная. Персонал приветливый, завтрак хороший.

Cons:

В одном здании находится ресторан. Звукоизоляции нет. События отмечают каждый день, т.е. до 11 ночи в номере очень шумно и все вибрирует, также стоят запахи во всех помещениях жареного и вареного. Если нужен отдых рано вечером - не получится. Соотношение цена - качество.

Все удобства в номере есть. Чисто. Тихо.
Pros:

Быстро заселили, нет лифта, но помогли отнести сумки до номера. Персонал отзывчивый, чисто в номере.

Месторасположение хорошее, персонал хороший, стараются. Но в целом на этом всё.

Все хвалят завтрак, но я не привередлива, однако завтрак был на тройку с минусом , 25 тысяч стоит номер, можно в другом месте ( примерно тоже расположение) снять гораздо дешевле 15-20 тысяч. И на 5 тысяч куда то сходить и хорошо позавтракать. Тут по стандарту нарезка огурцы помидоры, сырный продукт, очень дешёвая колбаса. . Каша Геркулес, манка. Яйца вареные и запечённые в духовке. Кофе чай. И салат оливье. Сами номера не прям чистые, есть следы мусора, но это ладно, пятна на полу меня больше всего расстроили. В итоге пришлось ходить в тапочках, ибо даже в носках не очень то и приятно

Отель отличный. Персонал реагировал на все просьбы молниеносно, за что огромное спасибо! Таких шикарных завтраков (включены в проживание) давно не видела в отелях за такую невысокую стоимость

Отсутствие лифта, нет холодильника в номере, запах сигарет на втором на этаже, потому что там находится курилка. Но в номере запаха не было

При заселение обещали на следующий день поменять номер но не поменяли причем я оставиливался второй раз в этом отеле и второй раз меня так опрокинули 😏
