No TV, No AC, rats all over. No toilet paper until asked, very dirty sheets. Door doesn’t have a dead bolt. The whole toilet and shower is a mess. You have to go down from the bed to switch on or off the lights.
No fridge and of course no drinking water. Unless you buy it. The fan is loud so much you can’t sleep with it on

Great service.
Room is always kept clean.
Breakfast is provided between 7am and 9am.
Located near Mbezi beach. Hotel provides passes to a beachfront hotel for beach visits, swimming and much more fun.

Cons:

Breakfast options limited to only one selection during the whole stay. Bed sizes were smaller compared to the last visit.
Mosquito repellent not provided.
Gym is under equipped
Pool table can't be used
No karaoke room was found at location despite being quoted as one of what's offered.

Horrible stay
Cons:

I booked the place for 6nights , after I stayed there for 3days my 1year old became very sick vommit and having diarrhea because of the their tap water which the property manager did not inform us of their posinous tap water. When it's time for housekeeping the staff would clean the room without removing rugs in the room, they would mop only the floor without cleaning basin and toilet seat. We had to sleep on dirty smelly duvets for two nights until we request them to change duvets meaning they don't change duvets when guest check out. Their bathroom taps are rusty. Their breakfast it's same menue and not appetizing worst breakfast, and it's not a buffet breakfast they dish up breakfast for you. I wouldn't recommend anyone with a child to book here.

Good Hotel, tie up TV in rooms.
Pros:

Good break fast. Staff courtesy.

Cons:

The TV in the restaurant screen poor brightness. I was told it fell and got damaged. Kindly change. The air conditioner at the bar & restaurant was struggling and not able to cool the facility as intended.
