Perfect location and a gentleman owner but many many improvements are really needed!!!
Pros:

Location and the owner was very cooperative allowing me to leave luggage till my flight time for about 9 hours after checking out

Cons:

Noisy
Construction and maintenance work
Very bad cigarette smoke like smell in the room
Broken shower wall support!!
A Stranger knocked the door of my daughter’s room and shouted out loudly at 1 am!! So safety remains a question mark ⁉️

excellent value
Pros:

the staff are amazing very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent with lots of restaurants, cafes bars meters from the hotel. But not noisy. I was worried the hotel did not do breakfast but there was no need as so much choice a few steps away

Pros:

location was okay and the staff was kind

Cons:

the towels were really dirty with the previous clients hair , the shower head was broken and the water went everywhere, the showers door didn’t close properly leaving a gap water could go thru

Персонал супер отзывчивый, приветливый, во всём помогают
На улице были проливные дожди, моя куртка промокла насквозь, так сотрудники отеля высушили мне ее в сушильной машине абсолютно бесплатно ❤️

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent — everything is nearby. It’s very easy to get from the airport by public transport, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around. The sea and the ferry terminal are only about a five-minute walk away, which was very convenient for us.

The room is simple but clean and comfortable. There is a kettle, drinking water and a fridge, and the beds are very comfortable.

There is no lift, so if you are travelling with small children or heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind.

The windows face a street with bars, so it’s not completely quiet in the evening — but that’s also part of the lively atmosphere of the area.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. For us, the value for money at this hotel was excellent, and we would happily stay here again.

Great stay, would recommend!

The staff were so incredible and welcoming! They were available for any needs we had day or night. The location was perfect for spending a few days in Izmir. The room was clean and as expected.
