Toller Urlaub in ein schönen Hotel und einer wundervollen Stadt
Pros:

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Keil sehr zufrieden. Der Self-Check-in war unkompliziert und bequem. Mein Zimmer war schön, sauber und angenehm ruhig. Besonders positiv fand ich den netten Kontakt per Chat – bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde schnell reagiert und alles rasch erledigt.
Auch die Lage ist perfekt: Der Bahnhof und ein Einkaufszentrum sind ganz in der Nähe und bequem zu erreichen. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Es war sehr hellhörig, Kleinigkeiten passten nicht, Spiegelbeleuchtung ging nicht, keine Seife auf der Toilette, Fenster irgendwie zugebaut mit Sichtschutzzäunen, Bewegungsmelder im Flur ging ständig an und aus

Das Treppensteigen! Da ich Knieprobleme habe, ist der Aufgang in die zweite Etage, beschwerlich, da kein Lift vorhanden.

Siehe unten, : sehr gute Handtücher und saubere Bettwäsche, ansonsten waren wir zufrieden, das Frühstück für 10 €- war sehr gut und ausreichend, die Bedienung war sehr nett und freundlich

Für Ältere Menschen ist die längere Treppe nicht angepasst, vor allem mit Gepäck, ohne Hilfe wenn kein Personal anwesend ist .Nach der zweiten Nacht hatte ich etliche Milbenstiche, Abhilfe schafft ein Milbensauger für die Matratzen, wo ja doch viele Menschen drauf schlafen und die Fugen in der Dusche waren teilweise schwarz, Domestos könnte Abhilfe schaffen,
