Pool for the kids. Good room.

Cons:

Loud A/C in the room. Breakfast otherwise almost OK except for the fast-food type disposable everything. Breakfast below European *** star hotel standards.

Pros:

The room is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The pool looked relatively good but we had no time.

Cons:

The location is practical for an overnight stop between Quebec and Montreal, but there are no restaurants or other facilities nearby. The internet connection was weak and limited. Hence, it is a very nice motel, at a price of a hotel.

C’était bien.
Pros:

La chambre ainsi que les espaces communes étaient propres et invitants. Le personnel est courtois, respectueux et professionnel.

Cons:

Meme si en apparence tout était propre, j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir la literie sale sur un des 2 lits en arrivant.

L`hôtel est neuf c'est beau et magnifique. Très bien situé. Les chambres sont impeccables et très grandes. Nous n'avons pas pris aucun service puisque nous sommes arrivés tard.

Cons:

Ça été très difficile lors de l'enregistrement. Tout d'abord sommes arrivés tôt pour pouvoir payer à l'avance les chambres (2) et non pour avoir les clés juste payer. Mais ils n'ont rien voulu entendre. Comme nous sommes arrivés très tard et fatigués du Grand Prix ça été pénible l'enregistrement ça dû prendre près d'une heure. C'est inconcevable. Ou bien ils ne comprennent pas le français ou sont ignorants de leur travail. J'ai toujours réservé avec booking même à Montréal une ville beaucoup anglophone on n'a pas été servi comme ça. Problème à la réception. C'est de valeur c'est un magnifique hôtel mais je n'ai pas trop le goût de réserver à nouveau.
