Ubicación cerca al aeropuerto.

Cons:

El dormitorio era muy frío durante la madrugada y la noche, tuvimos que pedir que nos ayudaran colocando una estufa adicional a la que teníamos pero me dijeron que no tenían otra. Como fui con mi esposa y mi hijito de 1 año tuvimos que abrigarlo para que no sienta mucho frío

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great, not much selection. Our room didn’t have towels so we had to ask for them. Then when we got given them we didn’t get a shower mat or a hand towel, just two regular towels.

Close to the airport
Pros:

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, and it was a good choice, as traffic in Cuzco turned out to be terrible. The hotel is fine. It's clean, even quite comfortable. There's a heater, and there were no problems with hot water.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disaster!!!!! Generally, the food in Peru is wonderful, and it's hard to find a place with bad food. This was the worst! Some dry rolls, and the cheese and cold cuts seemed rotten. There was virtually no choice. A nightmare.

Desde que llegue al Hotel, indique que mi reserva la hice x booking y fui tratado de una forma despectiva.
